Got Hair Beauty Supply

Came to Albuquerque for a weekend and needed some beauty supplies. They stated they opened at 10am and I got there at 10:10 and they weren't open. Not even a workers car was in the parking lot. So that was disappointing.

These people are unreal . I was literally charged 107.00 for a $12.99 hair piece.. it's a hair topper for my mom her hair is starting to thin out from chemo.. I could barely afford the $100 to begin with due to crazy medical bills and just every day life.. I am just dumb founded right now that this lady looked me in the eyes knowing why I was buying it and is still capable of being such a scandalous person ... I don't even know what to do . I just know I will be getting my money BACK!!!

Owner is welcoming & knowledgeable, great selection & prices. Store is organized if you don't see what your looking for just ask.

The ladies were very nice and helpful. It's nice to know where colored contacts are sold at, at such reasonable prices.

HORRIBLE!!! Worst beauty supply shop in Albuquerque actually that I've ever been to!! As I pulled up to the shop two employees stood outside with the most evil stank faces staring at me as I parked my vehicle. As the friendly person I am I greeted them with a "Hello" still with the evil stank faces they could hardly get out hi.... I entered the store and one of them came inside not to ask if I needed any help no!! Just stood at the counter watching me as if I was trying to steal something. The only positive thing about this shop was they cleaned it up a bit so it's no longer looks like a hoarders house. If your employees can't deal with being nice even faking it then they should not be there, it's that simple. If I wasn't getting my hair done right away I would have walked out!! Never experienced this kind of blatantly horrible customer service in my life never again will I step foot in that shop and I'm sure the evil stank face employees don't care but that is no way to run a business!!! I would give a negative star if that was an option!!!
