Prices are HIGH considering everything is donated. The manager rudely told me I needed to put on a mask or leave. Another employee told me they can suggest you wear a mask but they can't make you. Not to mention it's very unconstitutional. The bathrooms are completely blocked off and locked. My 5 year old son had to use the restroom and they told me they are locked and only corporate can open them. The cashier told me she felt bad having to deny elderly customers access to the restroom. I will never donate or shop here again at this location or any other "goodwill".

Worst customer service ever. When everyone is touching everything in the store touching dvds dishes clothes. When we ask to look at binoculars to make sure they work before we purchase them. She hug them and says no do to Covid we can't touch them. And if we buy them and they don't work we get store credit not our money.

Never in my life did I think I would be rating Goodwill, BUT MAN these people need a shout out! The store is so clean and well organized! And most of all, the employees are sooo kind and hardworking. Every single time I go there I'm amazed by the staff

Manager Baca does not care about customers at all! Treats everyone like they are thieves trying to steal donations from the same people that donate to this place. Prices here are as high as if you would buy them new at a retail store. Investigate the prices yourself an on how Baca's employees follow you around if you are not well dressed. Baca needs to be fired!!! I usually donate alot of money an merchandise here plus shop here, but never again will support this place!! Plenty of other well deserved places that can use donations.

I love thrift shopping but I don't love this store. The selection is limited and of poor quality - they could put twice as inventory on the floor - plenty of space for it. Boring, boring, boring with prices that are too high, as well.
