The newer management is really cleaning and organizing the store. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

First yeah goodwill is open!! Was having thrift withdrawals during pandemic. Recently moved to Albuquerque but have thrifted here for years. I find all the goodwills here to be kept pretty nice and clean. Got a gorgeous sterling ring and pair of dream catcher earrings 12.99 and 8.99. As with all thrift shops as well as Costco Sams club and dollar tree, there are ever changing items. They were a bit light on hard goods/furniture but it definitely has a lot of clothingStaff was excellent especially woman who helped me. Really went out of her way to help.

Fabulous staff members very friendly, helpful and professional.The store is very clean and well organized, fitting rooms were very spacious and free of clutter and dust!Beautiful display of jewelry,purses and electronics in a hutch near the boutique section of high end brands.

This thrift shop has some pretty cool stuff. Tons of clothes...organized by color not size though. And there were some viper cute clothes and shoes. There's a variety of artwork, kitchen items and electronics. I grabbed a great comforter. Staff were friendly. Some prices were a bit high, but overall I think this is a great thrift store. There was lot parking available.

I have other favorite thrift stores, although there is the occasional find here. I find it to be moderately priced. Eddie Bauer is not a specialty item for me. It's clean, well organized with men's, women's, kids sections, etc. Staff are friendly.With each visit I do come across one great "find". What else can you ask for?

I love to shop thrift stores in town Especially goodwill, Im a picker, I love to find cool and unique things past or present. This store seriously disappointed me from the cleanliness, the pricing and even customer service, being in retail over 7 years I know a thing or two about customer service and they don't have it ESPECIALLY the manager! I was very shocked the way I was spoken to from this individual, very unhappy, and the pricing is outrageous, this stuff is donated goods but don't need to be sold at retail price. I will not be returning to this location anytime soon.

OK, I can admit it...Im a Picker. There it is! Seriously though just a few things I've learned & would like to share since I've started my shop (http://www.etsy.com/shop/LadyinHawk) I know, I know as I shamelessly self-promote....The Goodwill Ind. IS a great resource among the varied thrift store entities out there, you can rest assured that 80% of what they pull in profit-wise goes to training & job creation. In addition, jobs created are for disadvantaged, disabled workers who would otherwise have difficulty getting employment. So, that being said...if you see items priced in such a way you say "What the..I thought this was the Goodwill?!?!" Well, if it has a 'green' price tag its been purchased new from Target & resold for 1/2 the newly listed Target price.Finally, the Goodwill is onto us 'Pickers' & will now do their own online searches for those items of suspected value & print the online auction price, attach it to the goods & price said item competitively...which is the main reason I am giving 3-stars, because although I am all for job creation/training via profits...I know Goodwill CEO's are among the highest paid out there (1.1M for 2009 Calif. Goodwill CEO~Forbes).

If I could leave no stars I would.I bought several items of clothes from this store, went home and washed them normally. One of the items I purchased was apparently covered in soot and it destroyed everything I purchased as well as everything in my wash. When I politely called the store to see what accommodation could be done to remedy this I was told they do not offer refunds, nor do they clean their CLOTHING products before resell. There is nothing posted anywhere on property that they do not WASH clothes before they resell these, keep in mind this store has an extreme variety of products including underwear. The manager who declined to give a last time(despite being asked multiple times) Patrick, hung up on me TWICE (no cussing, no yelling, nothing disrespectful was occurring. Just a client who spent 70 bucks for product that the store resells before sanitation of any kind is done).DO NOT EVER GO THIS STORE, THEY WILLING SELL ALL OF THEIR PRODUCTS UNSANTITIZED and their store manager Patrick will hang up and hide rather then offer clients store credit or a simple apology for selling disgusting unclean products with no remorse for well being or selling of possibly infected products.

Finally heard from a Goodwill manager about a month ago. He was very apologetic for the way my wife was treated and promised to send her a nice thank you letter, perhaps with a gift card of some sort. He sounded very sincere, and I greatly appreciated his attention to the matter, but we haven't received anything. My wife has discontinued shopping at the store and, now, most other Goodwills in the Albuquerque area. We spend thousands of dollars on inventory for our own enterprise, but none of it will be going to Goodwill. They just keep demonstrating over and over again that they don't want our business.

Friendly staff and a pretty good selection of clothes, home goods, etc. I come to this store because it is fairly close to my brothers house.
