Goodwill Industries of New Mexico - Coors/Paseo

I've found a couple of great things here over the years, but overall I'm just not impressed by the selection. Their women's clothing is just terrible. It's amost all NWT fast fashion, and the prices aren't that different from what you'd pay at the kind of store that sells cheap sweatshop clothes in the first place. I go to a goodwill for quality used clothes and vintage and that's hardly existent. When they do have a nicer or vintage item, it's often priced as if it were mint, though it rarely is.The store seemed a little sparse today, but it was clean and tidy. I was really surprised there was only ONE person working at the store! It's a big store and she had to answer the phone, open cases, checkout customers, etc. and it was busy! She did a fantastic job, but it seemed unfair and probably even a little unsafe for her to be working alone. Kind of weird. that a place that is supposed to provide job training and jobs can't attract workers...I also think it's ridiculous that they charge a fee if you want to use a credit card.I miss Goodwill Southern California.

Silly situation, unpriced item, want to puchase. Manager refuses to go to back and have item priced. Says she has to put it on a cart in the back and wait until the back staff brings it out. That is all she can do. Its simple, ask the pricing crew to price it then bring it back. Will never see this item. Tiffany should not be a manager if she can't make her own decisions. This is Goodwill, not Target. There is no good will here.

I've been frequenting Goodwill for years. I am disgusted with seeing the inflated prices on DONATED items they received for FREE!! I often see items priced higher than Walmart prices, as well as other local stores and I have to say it makes me sick! I'm done donating here and I donate very nice, quality items every month! This is supposed to be a facility which helps people find jobs and helps other, low income people with affordable prices. NOT HAPPENING HERE!! SHAME ON YOU GOODWILL!! You are not standing by your company objective!

I love this store it's close to me.......but.....on a packed Sunday they have one checker and person in front of her must have a family of 10. Management issue.

I've been to this Goodwill a few times now. Pros: -Overall clean and orderly store -Nice selection of items and wasn't seeing a lot of worn out/broken junk -Employees are nice -Great prices! A lot lower than I was paying in a larger city that I moved from. What caused them to lose stars:My last visit I found a few women's clothing items that had retail tags attached. I was excited to score some new stuff at great prices. I didn't catch until the end of the transaction that the cashier had ripped off the bottom half of all the paper retail tags on my items. It may seem like a small thing, but I buy items for a variety of reasons and I would like to be the one who decides when to remove tags from my legal property.

This Goodwill location has sure picked up their game. This place used to be the nasty of the nasty, not like other Goodwills in town. So I was previously staying far far away. Now, it's really cleaned up its look, what they've got out on the floor and their organization.The thing with Goodwill that still drives me crazy and won't be fixed anytime soon is the problem with the racks not being organized by size. They're still organized by color which is cool, but you've got to go through EVERY item and look at every tag to see what size it is, rather than from XS to XL. It's kinda annoying, especially if I'm in a hurry.

It was ok but the employees were very rude. My mom was looking at a pillow and they grabbed it out of her hands.

Cheaper than other goodwills i know ($2.09 for a tank top) O.K. selection- well organized (by color in the goodwill tradition)

This goodwill is absolute garbage! Prices are super high you could get a better deal at name brand stores in the mall. I'm not sure who does the pricing but good luck finding any shirt under $5 even if it's damaged! Garbage garbage garbage

Taxing and rude. The doors almost hit you when coming in and prices were to high. Then asking me to round up $2.27 to $3 like nah
