Goodwill Industries of New Mexico - Alameda

This location is very upscale. The interesting thing is that other locations there is a fee to use credit card and this location does not. Makes me wonder if there an effort by goodwill to cater to those they think are more affluent.

there is a very small selection of clothes, it doesn't even look like a thrift store, and it doesn't have thrift store prices either. donations are priced very high that aren't even in good condition. i went to the bathroom here and it was absolutely disgusting!

Very nice and clean goodwill it's setup like a boutique with some higher end items like clothing and jewelry. Some of items are too pricey for being donated. The staff is friendly and helpful. This location and I assume all of NM Goodwills don't provide any color coded discounts of the week, nor military or senior discounts.

I have many things that I wanted to donate to Goodwill and when I called the gentleman stated bring it on in. Their hours are very accommodating and they were there waiting to help take all the goods that I was dropping off and I didn't have to really do anything. I love that we have this kind of service for people that are in need.

This is a smaller Goodwill store but it is definitely the cleanest thrift store I ever been in. They don't have as many housewares as some of the other stores but do seem to have plenty of clothing and accessories.

I've donated twice a month for years. Ever since they hired this new guy an overweight dude who has an attitude I've noticed things have gone to hell. I walked up today with a box full of all kinds of things and some of it really good stuff. I'm standing there asking him what would you like me to do with this stuff and he said what is it? I said it's all kinds of things he looked at the top of the box and says we don't take that kind of stuff this is not a dump. I asked for the manager and the manager backed him up without even looking deeper into the box. I told them what they could do with it and I will never be back to this Goodwill again. It's implied in the name this is Goodwill. Take the stuff you want don't take the stuff you don't want but be a little bit more intelligent. I'll never go back to this location again.
