Golden Pride

Always 5 star with Golden Pride. Now living out of state, this is a must every visit. We even order burritos to freeze and take back home with us!#2, #9, and carne avocado with cheese burritos are our favorite. They have one of the best green Chile stu too!Service is fast and friendly, never had an issue. Deco is old frontier style, like a step back in time.

So I came here to see what all the hype was about, tons of people mention the huge lines for these breakfast burritos at golden pride. Sure enough there was a line 2 blocks long when I got there. I thought, gosh this must be the best thing ever. I placed my order and surprisingly the breakfast burrito was only like $3, that was my first clue that it may not be the best burrito I've ever had but I still had hope that it would be a good experience. After 30 minutes in line, I got my $3 burrito, and took a bite, it was cold, cheese melted , and kind of tasted like nothing. The cold part was the worst aspect about it. When I went home I microwaved it, and at least the cheese was melted so it was a little better, but I'll put it this way; there are better burritos at Taco Bell.

After 3 years eating here 2-3 times a week, I am finished with this place. The quality is so hit and miss, and too many times the bkfst burrito is cold or the bacon is burnt or the coffee is cold. I'm going to miss seeing the window lady, she is the only thing good about the place, I'm sure there are many bkfst options near by.

We get breakfast burritos from here and they are delicious the green chilli is always good . I get the one with bacon so good . We also get the three piece chicken with sides . The food is great and not expensive . There is always a line of cars but I never have to wait too long and the servers are friendly. I don't know if this location has indoor seating anymore been a long time since I went in since they move the cars so fast through the drive thru hasn't made sense to go in .

Always a staple of consistent food, and amazing service, I'll be very traditional always a go to place in Albuquerque

I probably won't ever order another breakfast burrito from GP. They used to be so good, THE BEST in the city. The last couple of times they were not very good. The bacon is so very thin it's hardly noticeable. The hashbrowns are only lukewarm at best and very dry. Since they were not great last visit, I did open them up before eating. The eggs were dry and seemed to have been sitting in a warmer. My partner had the 2 piece chicken dinner. I specifically asked for a keg and thigh. The employee repeated it back. I unfortunately got a thigh and wing attached to half breast. He CANNOT EAT white meat. We will not return for a long time before we decide to give them another chance. Prices have gone way up recently.

Always awesome burritos and fried chicken Always busy so bring your patience tooAlways a line for the drive-thru but moves pretty quick.Haven't tried the bbq chicken yet and fyi...the mashed potatoes are instant...still good but don't expect homeade spudsMac and cheese is a worthy side dish tooDefinitely a local favorite...and burritos served all day!

Best Fried Chicken anywhere! They will even let you exchange the thighs for wings at no extra charge and their wings are huge!

I love the roasted/bbq chicken. But prices are ridiculously high. And - What ambiance?

Was in the mood for chicken after a long day and this is what I got. The two-piece meal was essentially a piece of chicken cut in half. It was extremely dry and not worth the price.
