Golden Pride

Good Breakfast burritos. great tortillas, good smoked chicken. I like that the soda machine has soda water. As a business related to the frontier its a pretty different feeling when you walk in. but still pretty consistent, love the free hot salsa. Food has a good NM homey feel.

Ribs are delicious prices are very fair and two sides of your choice perfect very fresh l will be back Thanks to Mrs Rita any mistake fix it l am so great full for her staff

Not worth the $6. Waited 15 minutes in line since they forgot to prepare a catering order. This took 2 out of their 30 employees to handle while the line backed up to the door. The little good at the register said going thru the backup drive thru would be faster.Burrito was wet and soggy possibly from the nasty watery eggs. Only flavor in the burrito was from the sausage. Have had some bad experiences everytime at this location and won't be going back.

Raw bacon in my burrito . Waited 25 min for the burrito. I feel scammed. Wont be going back EVER and I'll advise my peeps to do the same . Also the eggs are powdered eggs .. Gross. Even Mc Donald's uses REAL eggs. Cheap company using ingredients that shouldn't even be considered food. Never again . Disgusted .

Order a plate of ribs from the menu in which I ordered two extra ribs, the ribs very small and one without the portion of meat that it must have was pure bone. They should take more into account how to do their job and how to take care of people since they also do it very badly. The place is not very recommended.

I've had probably more than my fair share of Golden Pride over the years and sadly the prices have got up and the portions are much smaller. Today my burrito was probably about half what it used to be, same basic taste but just a lot less volume.Also, I got in the 2nd lane as both lanes were open and it was moving dramatically slower than the 1st lane. The inner lane had a longer line but it definitely moved much faster so maybe the inner lane is just the way to go?

I usually go to the Golden pride across the street from UNMH. There, you have a man I wish I knew his name, but he always makes a corny little joke that just make sure the customer leaves smiling . I work nights so he's there at night again I wish I knew his name. Unfortunately, I have been staying with my sister up in the central and Eubank area so we have been going to the east location a little more often. Now this location, on the other hand, receives three stars for food, and a one star because of one of your employees she's a night worker I believe her name is Gloria. She works the window where you pay. And I wish I was exaggerating, but unfortunately, I'm not. This woman must wake up on the wrong side of the bed every single day there has not been one time that I go there and we do go at least once or twice a week that she is not rude.I am not one to ever ever complain, but today was a straw that broke the camels back The line was long through the drive-through and I did not want to be one on top of the other, so I stayed back about a car length behind the car in front of me when all of a sudden like a raging bull this woman comes out of the restaurant telling me that I have to move forward with the person can't order and that get out of the way and whatever else she was saying at this point, I stopped listening I don't understand what difference it made if I moved forward or stayed where I was the line was still long. It wasn't gonna make the line go any faster Maybe they should move her to a different station like burrito, rolling or tortilla bagging or table cleaning. Anything that does not require customer interaction I realize golden pride has been around for a long time and that may be the case too. Maybe the hiring videos do not include how you treat a customer or how you act towards people and that's fine. I don't own golden pride and I mean you guys still get the business, but I was reading back on the reviews and I mean just the last couple of years they are going downhill come on guys you're in New Mexico. Let's not ruin it. Please talk to her. She needs to know that she is making people's experience is bad.

They have been a great staple for years. Today's burrito puchase had rare eggs. I understand the recent scarcity and excessive cost of eggs but please let clientele know that the amount of eggs included in the burrito will be less or increase the price to not compromise the quality. If/when availability of eggs improves rollback the prices.

Golden Pride on Central near Juan TaboWhat terrible customer service. Sign on their door all day says lobby closed at 7pm. Get there at 6:45 and the drive through line is almost in the street. Figured I would go inside and beat the rush.! But the doors are locked!!! Drive through is supposed to stay open longer. Get in a long drive through line and wait 17 minutes. Get to the order window at 7:02 and told ... sorry. We are closed. Still long line of cars behind me.Employee walking around the outside looking at cars but no effort to let people know they are waiting in line for no reason. No effort to mark the end of the line that will be served.They just don't care about their customers. They just don't care!!! Worse... the they actively disrespected 15 or so cars and who knows how many walk ups with no remorse.I pointed out the sign on the door said lobby open till 7:00. Response ... "not my job"Yes... burritos are good but there are lots of places like Golden Pride in Albuquerque. I suggest you try them out.

Well here we go again. I thought I would try Golden Pride again, since it has been awhile and it has actually gotten worse. I ordered the number 11 with sausage and green chile. The burrito was soggy with very little sausage, underprepared eggs, mushy hashbrowns, and little chile. They are now using these very cheap foam cups, and if you order the large drink, the cup does not fit in your cupholder. I mentioned this to them and they just shrugged their shoulders. I am so sad, since this place use to be so good. Well, it's time to move I suppose.
