I called them concerning a scanner I purchased on eBay that was inoperative due to seller not locking the scan transport before shipping. Even thought the seller had a no return policy, my purchase cost was immediately refunded.G&N Services is about 250 miles from where I live so I wanted to talk to a tech to see if he thought it even worth the shipping cost. I was told that the Tech Alberto was out on a call and he would call me as soon as he came in. After I explained what the problem was he suggest the same scanner that he found available on eBay that was considerably less than what the shipping of this one to them, plus their diagnostic fee and no guarantee that this one could even be fixed.This is AMAZING customer service. Before calling me Alberto had this suggested scanner already looked up to give me it's item number, I have never gotten this kind of service from any place I can recall; they actually turned business away to give me the best possible solution. A company that puts what's best for the customer ahead of their own interest is a company to patronize. I sincerely believe that this kind of honesty is throughout the company. Thank you Alberto!

I got a call one day and it was a hacker and I ended up giving him he talked me out of my password and then he locked me out of my own computer and so I called GN services and he was able to give me a second opinion on what I should do so I brought it in, they took a look at it and he fixed it for me and got my computer all clean and back to normal and it was rather quick, the bearded Wonder in the back was a genius and fast, thank you so much Luis you're awesome!

Tom came by to check my internet and laptop after recent problems. The goal was system security to lessen the likelihood of intruders camping on my line. His thorough review gave me knowledge of how the technology works so that I can protect myself from hackers. As a bonus, he made a few changes to fine- tune my laptop. At the end of his visit, I had peace of mind about my system for the first time in months. I strongly recommend this service.

I have worked at several hotels throughout the city and at a hotel, when a computer goes down or god forbid a front desk printer goes down, the last thing you want to do is shop around and look for someone to diagnose it only yo tell you that you need to buy a new one. And as such, whoever you called is more than happy to sell you a new one.. at GN Services my experience was the exact opposite of that. These guys are not only honest, but also fair with their prices. When I called them, they came out on site and diagnosed the problem. Instead of trying to sell me a new one. The guy took my printer and then called me later that day to say that one of the toner cartridges was defective and that I needed to change it. That was all there was to it. The whole thing cost me nothing other than a service call which is reasonable by the way! Ever since my first experience with GN Services, I have used them at EVERY hotel I have managed. I wouldn't go anywhere else ! I trust them explicitly!

I took my girlfriends computer here to be cleaned. I tried several times to clean it myself but it's a Macbook and after several attempts I was willing to pay someone to do the job.It was about lunch time and the only person that was there was a secretary. I asked to have it cleaned and after explaining that it physically needed to be cleaned she said she would let her employer know and they would contact me.He eventually called and told me they would vacuum it but wouldn't open it up. And he said it would cost $50. Because I'm an idiot and was thinking this would solve the heating issues I said go ahead. What can I say, I was at wits end and just wanted it to be done with.When I went to pick it up... again no one was there (beside the secretary), this was around 11 am.This was a couple months ago and sense then her computer has had some other issues and we took it to another place (I'll write a review on them). This computer place actually opened it and cleaned it and said there was a lot of dust.I don't know about their other services but if it costs $50 to have them hold up a vacuum to a computer I can imagine what the other services are like.
