the girl has an attitude regularly.she goes on long lunches, but just sits at the front desk not eating.. sometimes I think she just does that so that no one comes inside so she can do her homework or something

Had a unit for less than 6 months. Upon moving stuff around I had noticed a lot of mouse poop everywhere and a huge hole in my couch where the mice were living. On top of that, a lot of my stuff by the door of the unit was covered in dirt. My first day entering the facility, I got trapped inside the gates for a half hour before someone came to let me out, which caused me to lose a lot of money on a U-Haul because I was locked in up until closing and couldn't take another load, which was the whole point. Not a good experience.

Great customer service! Alena was super friendly, showed me to my new unit and wasn't happy with the way the door opened so she switched me to a better unit right away. Really great prices with good customer service means I'll stay and tell others.

During the snowstorm this week they refused to give my couent a 1 day extension to get there stuff out of their unit. The entrance into their facility was too icy to bring a truck in.

Horrible customer service and rude front desk staff. Decent prices but will not use again! Good customer service goes a long way!
