It's always distressing to get a ticket, but even more so when you're traveling. The way the New Mexico Court System is set up is very frustrating. Thanks to the Valdez Law Office, it was all taken care of with a most favorable outcome. If you ever get a ticket while traveling through New Mexico, you should definitely call them!

Got a ticket driving through New Mexico moving out of California (good riddance!) for speeding 22 over from a speed trap. The Valdez team was on top of it and did a great job getting my sentence deferred. I did not have to show up in court or attend the call which was great - I just was on standby to talk through the outcome. The team was on top of all the details and called me regularly on updates and re: paying the ticket fee. Their fee was reasonable and worth not having points on my license. I did it the right way and am glad I found them on Yelp! No new tickets for 3 months and I'm all clear. Thank you Valdez team!!!

They made an unauthorized charge on my debit card left me without money to feed my self I had told his secretary I can pay half Monday and the other half next Monday but they went ahead and charge my card without my consent a dick move if you ask me they seem desperate to get your business and a little pushy for you to give them 5 stars review

I got a bogus speeding ticket and a ticket for not having my registration paperwork in the car. I also happened to be moving out of state two weeks before the court date I was given. In a total panic, I called Mr. Valdez's Office and they were terrific. Two of his legal assistants kept me updated as my tickets were reviewed and they gave me a likely outcome within a week. Mr. Valdez appeared upon my behalf in court, and got both citations dismissed. Hiring him cost me less than what the court fees and citation fees would have cost- not to mention no points towards my license.Thank you so much!!!!! It was such an easy process to work with his office.

As a truck driver clean driving records is the greatest asset. I was driving on cruise control having some family issues and wasn't paying attention that the speed limit decreased and naturally state trooper was there to document my mistake of not paying attention to those signs. I googled law offices around Lordsburg NM and few of them came up. I did call 3 of them. Even though Mr Valdez was most expensive of all of them, speaking with all three I determined that he is the most professional and I stand the best chance with him. Everything was handled professionally. Communication was great. My case was dismissed and I am happy I made a great choice. Thank you and your team for great work.

I received a speeding ticket in New Mexico and I am a resident of Texas, so I was really in a bind. Especially because I initially let the ticket slip my mind and it ended up going into a warrant status. So basically when I called Mr. Valdez' office, I was an out-of-state resident with an active warrant. I am incredibly grateful to them for being able to work with me so efficiently despite my forgetfulness and physical location. The warrant was taken care of within 24 or 48 hours, and he was able to handle my court appearance and plea in my absence. His fee was fair and I only had to pay 82.00 for a deferred sentence on the speeding ticket and the speed was pretty significantly over the limit (well, that total isn't including the warrant fee, but there was no way around that one).I was not able to have the ticket dismissed, but I did not find that surprising because I was, in fact, speeding. However, the sentence was deferred and will not be reported here in TX or go on my driving record. Mr. Valdez, Dominica, Ashlea, and all of his staff made the entire process as painless as possible and I would certainly hire them again should the need arise.*To anyone considering hiring Mr. Valdez: I highly suggest reading his bio/vita on his website about his decision to practice law and his first few years doing so. It's really something!

I had some lingering traffic tickets and criminal cases in Albuquerque from the past which needed to be dealt with. I had since moved out of state and, unfortunately, was not able to travel to New Mexico for court due to my job. Mr. Valdez and his awesome, attentive staff took care of everything I needed. Communication was timely, professional and the entire process ended up being easier than I thought. All of my cases are now taken care of and I never had to leave my office in Texas. I highly recommend their services. :)
