I read the response from Bill, and it is a damn shame that the only excuse they have is that I wasn't the actual homeowner. The fact is, I was the one that met with each of the people and got the estimate and the scope of work. I was also the one that met and reviewed the work and let them know of the imperfections. I notified them immediately and even met with them twice and was told they would do one thing and they did another, which was nothing! If you were going to complain about a review, put some meat behind your complaint, the only excuse you have is that you feel that my name was not on the title of the property even though all of the negotiations were done directly with me. Got multiple quotes. Decided to go with Glassrite as they are local Nd windows made here. Replaced all windows in my house. Excellent job after a week noticed one lock was closing a little loosely. They came the day I called and took care of it. Excellent service. They arrive on time!,,

GlassRite is an excellent company. They have quality products, wonderful staff and customer service. We replaced all the windows and doors in our home and have experienced an amazing difference in utility costs. These windows have significantly reduced the amount of outside noise. We would recommend GlassRite to everyone!

We chose Glass-Rite to replace two big portrait windows (i.e., windows that don't have any moving parts). Their windows are produced locally, which is nice in case a measurement is off and they need to re-make something. We also like to support locally-owned businesses whenever we can.Prices are competitive, service was courteous and professional, installation efficient, and clean-up complete. The windows fit well, insulate well, and look great. Very satisfied.

We didn't get patio doors and knew almost instantly that we weren't going to get them here and this is why: customer service just wasn't up to par. We came in and asked about patio doors and quickly were asked vinyl or wood or aluminum and given options but the lady who "helped" us not once bothered to introduce herself or really get to know what we really needed. She was rough. Also, according to the Glass-Rite website "If you are looking for French style doors, we like to inform our customers up front that vinyl is not usually an option. Because of the weight of the glass in the swinging panels, French style doors are not built in vinyl as there is a possibility that the frame could warp." My husband and I felt she seemed slightly inconvenienced that we were there. I don't expect you to treat us like royalty if we go to your store/shop/business but I do expect you to be interested in our business. The sad part is that we went here because we had heard good things...

We had to tape our windows this winter because of such wind and dust infiltration. This is still a wreck trying to get them to help us solve the issues the issues. they blame jen Weld but they still sell themNo stars all all

I replaced the original windows in my 1940's house with Glass-Rite. I am very happy with the quality of the windows and the installation work. The crew worked hard to get the installation done in two days, but with good work. Thank you!!

I had 20 windows replaced in my home by GlassRite recently and was very pleased with the quality of the windows, and the skill of the installers. Very pleased with their product and professionalism.

Glass-Rite did an excellent job with my project which included a large picture window, 3 large windows in an upper stairwell, 2 sliding glass doors and 4 smaller windows. Their estimator was highly knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. They had two of the most amazing and hard working installers working quickly, efficiently, and carefully in crazy summer heat. They respected me and my home at all times. I was not too crazy about the high additional cost to frame each window with aluminum as the new window frames left most of the old wooden frames exposed and could not be left that way. Again, their two installers sure knew what they were doing and did an excellent job.

I am a Professional Remodeler in Albuquerque and have been using Glass*Rite windows in my projects for a good 20 years. I have them in my home, in my parents home, and in my picky sisters home (and she couldn't find anything to complain about). We probably do at least one project with Glass*Rite every year and I refer them to any one who asks about replacement windows. They provide excellent service, are quick and efficient, and thoroughly clean up their job site. The windows are manufactured here in town (unless you buy Jeld Wen) and they have always kept to the schedule we set. A long time ago I tried another company who was slightly less expensive and it wasn't a quality job so I have been using them ever since. More importantly, if there is a problem, and they are rare, they get it fixed, promptly. A quality organization from the bottom to the top.
