Gino's New York Style Pizza

As a pizza Snob from Jersey City, NJ...this was bad. Again, I am a bit more critical when an establishment advertises "NY Style Pizza". The sauce, the dough, the cheese - everything about this pizza was bad. I couldn't even finish my slice. I'm sorry. It wasn't my cup of tea, but maybe it will be yours.We dined in and our table was dirty. I mean, you could scrape a layer of whatever it was off the top of the table. I honestly don't wanna know what that layer of gunk was...This place needs a deep clean and a new recipe!

The food is unbelievable, they do make more than pizza! I've had the baked ziti, the meatball sandwich, salad, and others. It's hard to beat the slice. But be reminded they have a lot of other options and everything I've tried there has been excellent. Ronato always does his best to accommodate you. It's a quiet place and feels like my Nonna's kitchen.

Service good. Slice was generous but not much flavor in the sauce. We also got a meatball parmagiano sandwich. Not bad...absolutely generous in size. Again we would have liked more seasoning. Our first time in. Convenient location. Will try again. The menu is varied.

We ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, ground beef, onions, olives, mushrooms, bell peppers. We also ordered some buffalo wings. The pizza came out and it was missing the bell peppers on half the pizza, which was weird because we ordered it on all the pizza. The crust was not as crisp, but the pizza was super tasty. It did have a lot of sauce on it, which we thought was the reason why it made the crust a little soft. The buffalo wings were tasty, but could have been cooked a little longer. Overall it was pleasant experience. It does not beat out our regular pizza place.

Being from New York finding a good New York style pizza place is always time for a happy dance. Gino's New York style pizza in Albuquerque does not disappoint. Breaking Bad fans might recognize their party size pizza as having landed on the roof of Walter White's house - Unsliced mind you. The restaurant is unassuming and very clean.Genos pizza does not disappoint. Starting at only $29 for a party size cheese pizza which is about 24 inches in diameter and can easily feed 5 to 10 people depending on how many slices each (pizza is so large that it has to be cut in 10 slices). Multiple toppings are available and the restaurant also offers a number of pasta options for those that are not pizza lovers.Pizza was excellent. Crust thin and cooked to perfection. Great sauce and very tasty toppings. Servers were very pleasant and we would definitely come back here again.

We found Gino's 7 years ago when we were looking to move here. The pizza is legitimate east coast/NY slices. Everything we've had here is great. Our favorite by a mile. I tried the Philly Cheesesteak last time there. It was exceptional, and as folks from Philly, Reynaldo does a really great job with it. Last part, interacting with Reynaldo, the owner, is part of the five star experience. We love every part of going there!

Move here from New Jersey and been pizza only try to cater a faster I was told 25 min and my order takes an hour

One of the only good pizzas in Albuquerque. Moved here from Chicago and been in a pizza desert. This place is good and I especially like the meatball pizza.

Okay, for left over pizza. It was my first time going there. I ordered 2 slices with 2 toppings. I noticed a half cheese pizza sitting under a hot lamp. I then happened to notice the girl behind the counter take 2 slices from the one sitting out and disappear. When my order was ready I asked her if she used the left over pizza to complete my order. She admitted that she did since this left over pizza was, "recently made." I was expecting a fresh made product, not reheated pizza with toppings put on top of it. It was over $15 not including a tip. 3 people were noticed to be working there, and I was the only customer at the time. It also took 10+ minutes to have the order ready. Pro: the slices were big and the green chili topping I had was hot.

Tried Gino's for the first time today and it's now my absolute favorite pizza in town. Crispy under crust, not greasy, loaded with high quality toppings.
