What is worst? That a member of your corporation (Cali Freeman) calls you a liar or that she keeps you waiting for two and a half weeks for an unresolved issue? Well you be the judge to me both are unacceptable since i have been a customer of your corporation all my life, this morning i called the corporate's number for an issue that has not been resolved over the last two weeks. I have been calling every single day in order to get information about my case and they dont know anything. I called today, once again, in order to get information about this matter and after two weeks of waiting Cali Freeman tells me that the district manager is on vacation and tells me to explain everything to her again. Obiously she is unaware of this situation. So i go ahead and explain my concerns to her and she call me a liar straight up. If this is the image you provide to your loyal customer, let me tell you it is very unprofessional and dessapointing. I worked for 5 years as a customer service representative and this is unacceptable. I am doing this because i felt very unappreciated and the fact that me as a customer was treated in a very poor manner makes me decide i will no longer go to any of your stores and will make sure to share this really bad experience with friends and loved ones in order for them not to go through this bad experience either. I use to always get gas at this gas station. Now they never have squeegees to wash your windshield. I won't be going there any more. They should have a sign to get them from the cashier and keep fresh was solution.
