Get A Grip Resurfacing

I'm a perfectionist and moved into a new build a few months ago. My guest bath had a noticeable to me scratch / mark / etc. on the ledge and it really bothered me---especially because it was the right there in my face every time I bathed my toddler in that tub. Again, I'm a perfectionist. I didn't notice the "issue" during the walk thru with the contractor who built my home, so I doubt they would have agreed to fix the issue especially since it was purely cosmetic. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands (and wallet, lol) and contact Get a Grip Resurfacing to see if they could help. And, my gosh, did they help! Vince, the professional assigned to my job, did an incredible job. The tub looks better than it ever did! It took two different applications of materials/polishing, etc., but the end result was incredible for, in my opinion, a reasonable price.They are very busy, and it took a while to get on their calendar, but the wait was worth it. Take it from this professor, A+ all around.

For every negative review, there is a positive counterpart! In our second attempt to resurface our bathtub, I was more than pleased with the result. Get a grip was professional, on time, and the end product turned out great. My only complaint is we did not get a receipt after paying cash...I was told to expect an email but have not received anything.

I highly recommend Get A Grip! All of the employees I dealt with were courteous and professional. Christina did a great job in explanations and estimate. And Vince and Fabian did a great job on all of my bathroom countertops! They were even careful with clean up and fans for blowing the smell outside. I have lung cancer and was not bothered by the air quality during the resurfacing. And I'm thrilled with the new look!

Amazing work! Sonny did our bathroom...(shower, cabinets, sink counter, and sink bowl)...everything looks fantastic and Sonny was super polite, and respectful. Very detailed work! Area was clean and we couldn't be happier! Highly recommend! Price was excellent as well.

Luke did a great job resurfacing a bathroom sink and countertop. Everyone was professional, and the cost was reasonable.

We had our countertops and both bathrooms done at the beginning of April. The process has been a nightmare and mid way through June and we still haven't gotten everything finished. The work was very poor and we even had a bubble form in one of the tubs already. They had to come back after the initial spray to do touch ups but they didn't do them correctly and they are very noticeable so the job doesn't look new at all. The communication has been horrendous as well. My local rep has ignored me with every attempt to contact them throughout the job so I've had to call corporate many times. They don't really care either. Their response has been that the reps are locally owned and operated franchises so all they can do is encourage the rep to reach out and respond to me but there's nothing more they can do. So corporate doesn't seem to have any stake or care in the reputation of their company. We have exposed edges of the finish in our shower that I know will lead to issues, we have very rough areas from the initial spray where they added so much texture they kept jamming up their own equipment, we have dirt and hair in the finish since they didn't take care in the process of spraying, we have sanding marks from where they tried to smooth out rough areas but didn't then take care of them any further, there was overspray on our floors and vanity because they also did not cover or protect the areas around the job properly. When they sprayed our kitchen counters I had to get out my own tarps to cover the dining room and tape off the room opening because the mess was getting all over my house. The comment I got from doing that was "that's way more than I was willing to do."

My clawfoot tub looks like new! Get A Grip Resurfacing did a fantastic job making the surface look new but what makes them stand out is their great communication and helpfulness! I am very impressed with this company and the quality and professionalism that they provided.
