I experienced an appraisal for my new wedding with such a professionalism approach. Mark Cartwright the gemologist was super professional. I loved the privacy of one customer at a time per appraiser. They adhere to scheduling being seen by appointment only. I left my new wedding ring in the office for several hours. I was ask to pick it up the same afternoon. I did appreciate that they worked with me on my short notice schedule due to a flight departure. Upon visual review of my diamond band I was informed by the Mark, I had several loose diamonds that needed reinforcement. I returned it to the jewelry store, and picked it up to have the Mark take another look. To my surprise more diamonds we're loose. I returned again with my ring temporarily marked by him as to which diamonds needed reinforcement again. The jeweler repaired it again. Another inspection from the Mark and it was approved. The office later e mailed me a very detailed appraisal report for my insurance company. Gratefully, the ring was valued for much more than the purchase price. This business is a very professional and honest group that take a lot of pride and patience working with there clients. I highly recommend them and would do business with them again.
