Garrett's Brown Bag Beef Jerky

My friends were flying in from La and they love New Mexico jerky (it's different in texture than normal jerky). I wanted them to try something different so I randomly found this jerky place near my house on Yelp, and it has goos reviews so I decided to stop in and support my local New Mexican business. I walked in and the store was really cute, very southwest themed, they also sold popcorn but I didn't get to try any. The lady was nice and let me try some samples before I purchased. I really liked the lemon pepper and hot stuff, so I got a bag of each. They have different sizes, I didn't get the smallest ones I got the second and third smallest sizes. The second smallest is enough for 1 person the third smallest is for a big group to share it was a huge portion. Everyone loved the jerky, my friends are even asking to go back there before their flight leaves today.

Great jerky, packaged nicely and cleanly. Very nice person taking orders. They have many kinds of homemade jerky, thin and crispy. I tried the teriyaki, regular and red Chile. They also have different flavors of popcorn. I tried the cheddar. Yum!

Who doesn't love a quick protein pick me up?? In our house, don't hand any one of us the bag while we're sitting on the couch, because it will vaporize into the abyss of our bellies within nanoseconds. Garrett's Brown bag beef jerky is my kinda jerky, thinly shaven, and perfectly addictive. This my go to jerky joint, yo! P.S. awesome customer service!

Quick review because I'm headed there now before they close at 5.....first time at this location last Saturday and im already hooked......teriyaki and green chile are my 2 favs... so good...can't miss flavor and quality....very friendly staff also...my new spot for jerky.....

I'm a carnivore and Garrett's Brown Bag Beef Jerky is my fav jerky spot in town! The jerky is thin and crispy just the way I like it! So many flavors to choose from and they will let you sample but salt and pepper is my got to! Been enjoying Garrett's for years!

I moved away from ABQ about 5 years ago and cannot get this beef jerky out of my mind! The Green Chile is my favorite but truly I dont think you can go wrong with any flavor. I recently got married in Colorado and put in a special order with my uncle to bring a boat load of Garrett's Brown Bag Red & Green Chile Beef Jerky. Everyone LOVED it and I was one happy bride haha We still have two lbs left but I will be ordering more when that gets low!ENJOY!

The absolute best beef jerky I've ever had. My favorites are natural and green chili. Ordered online and it was delivered to Florida within a few days.

Was introduced to this little gem when I met my 1st wife and now many years later, two divorces and a state away my loyalty to Garrett's Green Chile Jerky has never grown weary!!! Absolutely love it and can never imagine my life without it...as for the wives and the state...good riddance lol
