Garage Door Doctor

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Called them to look at one of my two garage doors that wasn't working with my remote, the guy broke the door that was working and left. Now neither door works!

I called about a nonfunctioning door/remote.Tom Aguirre was there the next day and informed me that the mother board in my old opener was not working and could not be replaced due to its age.No charge for the initial assessment.He offered to install a new opener that I later purchased at Lowes.Installation time with final adjustments was about 90 minutes !! The price was very reasonable.I highly recomment the Garage Door Doctor !!

Did Not Show UpI called the Garage Door Doctor on Monday. The man who answered (Mr. Garcia) was busy talking to someone else at the same time he answered his phone. There were loud voices in the background. He said to text him my address to another phone number. He said he could come to my house on Thursday at 4:00 PM. He was a no show. I called him at 4:30 and he said he was in Moriarity and couldn't come. He should have called to cancel. I was waiting for three days for my appointment. This treatment is unprofessional to hang up a customer for three days and then not show. I would avoid this company. It appears that Mr. Garcia cares less about causing inconvenience for customers.

Truly the Garage Door Doctor !! He came , took a look and fixed my door right away for way less then other quoted me. He charged me less then $250 for something others quoted $1,800 ! And fixed my remote un top of it.

I called and he walked me through a simple diagnostic over the phone with the garage door sensor. I will definitely give the Grarage doctor a call if anything else comes up .

Wow! Tom from Garage Door Doctor is like a Garage Door Whisperer. Our garage door was driving us crazy by bouncing back up when we are trying to leave the house. I tried all the YouTube tips to fix it, but none of them worked. We called a larger company and they sent a kid over, who instantly told us we needed a new circuit-board. It took them two visits, and it still didn't fix the problem.I called Garage Door Doctor and Tom came over, listened to the door and had it diagnosed in a way only an expert can. His level of expertise was obvious as he checked it. He was prompt, professional and friendly. The door has never sounded better and it's working perfectly. All for a very good price.

If I have ever met a garage door magician, it is Nestor Garcia ! He is amazing. I thought there would not be a possibility of my garage door being repaired - it was so mangled and crumpled up. He showed up on time at 7 AM and the garage door was up and running 2 hours later ! Other repair people would have insisted I buy another door. Thank You Nestor !

A spring snapped on my garage door and I called Garage Door Doctor. Nestor asked me to send him a picture and got back to me right away with not only what was wrong but knew the size and weight of my garage door. He quoted me a very reasonable rate (half of some other company and no fuel surcharge) and we set up a time for him to come over the very next day. He showed up right on time and even helped me push out my classic car that had a dead battery. He had the spring replaced in half an hour and of course honored his quote. I highly recommend Garage Door Doctor.

They sent someone out the next day to install a new motor since mine was old and not reliable and couldn't get it linked with my new car. I gave a three star rating because it was a better experience than another garage door company I had used five years ago. The problems with Door Doctor was the first motor would not work so they had to come back the next day, thank goodness I swept the garage after he left because I found two large screws which most likely would have punctured my new tires and finally I went out the next day and found he had put the cardboard from the new motor(s) into my recyclable container filling it to the top, I can only hope it won't be stuck when the truck picks up in a few days. If I am responsible for the haul away then I deserve a discount.
