Gane stop says it's open from 10am to 8pm.I got here at 7:15 and wanted to come in and get the items I knew they had and that I wanted. But surprise it's closed and Two employees both girls one with curls and one with dyed hair looked at me and simply doing nothing.Well I went back to my vehicle and called the store hoping for an answer but nope.Then shortly after a man tried to also go into the store and the doors were locked while the 2 girls still doing nothing watched him.GameStop during the shut down you weren't open and now when people actually want to buy from you Your still not open what's going on.

Inside of the strip mall at the corner of San Mateo and Montgomery this place nestled between the Sprint store and Firehouse Subs restaurant. They have a great selection of video games for just about everyone. Service was prompt and customer service was decent. The parking was probably the only complaint I have. The spaces are a bit small. Other than that place was overall decent. I don't shop much so figured I'd go out check this location out. Not a bad store. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable eager to help. Merchandise is pretty straight forward mainly games and game themed novelties. If I end up on that side of town again I would return to this location.

They had the items I wanted, there cashier was not helpful or friendly. I left without the items I was looking for. My brother in law was told they had the one thing he was looking for today, but they wouldn't sell it to him because the cashier was holding it for someone else. That is understandable, but why say you have it if you won't sell it to him..? I will not be returning to this location.

Game Stop is a cool place for gamers. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help old folks like me. Came in with a trade with I believe the manager big guy gauges glasses I was calm gave him my ps4 to trade in tells me my controller is defective so he will have to defect my whole console over a control I tell him ok Im good I don't wanna trade it tells me to calm down not to give him a bad attitude like what kinda shit is that no one said anything to you so unprofessional I did not wanna even get a quote from him just cause of that I've been going to game stop all my life even with the shit trade in amounts I've always gone to game stop this guy single handily ruined games stops image for me I rather throw it away than go back to them

Easily one of the most dysfunctional and morally bankrupt companies in the US. Won't buy any product through them again. I've been billed. I was told product would be delivered. Not only is it not delivered, the local store blew me off. Then when I persisted, they couldn't find an order. The online system says there is no order. But, I have the PayPal receipt in my email, and the money has already left my account. Then I am told they can't find anything through order number. I am given a 1-800 number instead. That line has menu options several levels deep, literally one menu to another menu to another menu to another. This company cares nothing about customers. This is the third time I've been hosed by GS. The last time I told myself I'd never buy from them again. So, in a sense it's my fault. Third times a charm. Next time I buy from Amazon or Ebay.

I walked in and immediately felt intimidated because one of the employees at the counter gave me a very rude and scary look. Soon after, I walked up to the counter and asked the man at the register if I could see a certain headset, and was suddenly questioned about the price, and he refused to take it out from the back for me to purchase it. I totally ignored his ranting on about "Really, a $250 headset?" So on and so forth until I just removed myself from the facility.Rude employees,Questioned about my purchase, Would NOT recommend.
