Fusion Tacos

I have mixed feelings about fusion tacos. All the Birria related stuff is yummy, i've had it for work lunches etc. The other day though I tried to go for the veggie tacos and the carne asada that was a bust- i'd give the veggies tacos 0 stars. Cold bell peppers in a corn tortilla- yikes ! I returned the carne asada before I could take a photo and opted for 2 carnitas tacos instead- tasty, but nothing special. Their green salsa is the saving grace of the tacos.

The greatest ripoff. Paid $18 for a mini bowl of rice and low quality steak. The bowl was the size of a fist. The rice overcooked. No one in the right mind will come back to get a fit bowl. The people working there a nice and friendly but who ever designed this dish has no clue about fitness nutrition.

This place was okay. It was just a standard taco shop truck but there was nothing too special about the food. We did see a trail of ants that looked like it was going directly into the truck but nothing crazy that made us turn around. It was also a place I wouldn't sit and eat but we took it home instead. We live out of state and I have to say we've had better birria elsewhere. Not a place I would intentionally go back to unfortunately. Otherwise it filled us up and we ate but we weren't all too impressed.

The quesadilla pizza with carne asada is out of this world! Fresh limes and spicy sauces to complement. We order this at least 1-2x a week while in Santa Fe working for a few months.

The food was delicious and the service was very fast. We enjoyed our meal. Friends had the taco salad and Cubano sandwich. Really delicious.

NOT A FOOD TRUCK, a full walk-in restaurant in Eldorado, I ate at Fusion tacos recently and i recommend it. Food is a little greasy, but in a good way. They have a walk-in, ordered from screens, kind of approach. Food was quite good, and nicely accessible for Eldorado area. Service was quick. Enjoyed the big LED menu TV screens. Food was delivered to me accurately and quickly.

A great taco place on a golf course. Who knew? The birria tacos were great: crispy chewy shell filled with shredded beef with a succulent dipping consommé on the side. Highly recommended.

Always delicious and the best birria I've had in NM so far! Everyone is also super nice and very helpful.

Food is decent not spectacular and the service quite terrible. I called and before I could even order they said the wait would be 35 minutes. I replied back that would be ok and wanted to proceed to order and whomever was on the phone stated I was better off calling fusion at the mall. In disbelief as he kept insisting I not order and I live 3 minutes away and didn't want to make trip to mall. I was perfectly ok waiting. They can't keep up! I wish for service I could give 1 star, but because is food is ok giving them 3 stars. Don't know how what the hype is all about. Way better food trucks just up the road! Won't be back.

Ordered no jalapeños. Got jalapeños. Ordered extra carne. Got less than the regular portion. Burrito was half the size of normal. Still quite hungry. Thanks a lot.
