Having a few beers at Green Jeans usually requires something to munch on come the second beer. I was with my boyfriend and we were waiting for his dad to join us so we made agreements on food. He wanted pizza and I wanted tacos. We went separate ways! He went to order at Amore and when he returned, I ventured to Fusion Tacos. I am truly a sucker for tacos. When birria tacos are on the menu, I always gotta try em! I got an order and impatiently waited for them. Hahaha! My buzzer went off and I hightailed it down to the counter to pick up the tacos! Their birria tacos are delicious! They are generous with the meat and the cheese too! They give a nice amount of consume with a bit left over for me to sip on too. They were not super greasy so I didn't need a shit ton of napkins while I was grubbing them down. I thought the price was just right for 4 tacos. It was a good deal for some good tacos! Get 'em!

Came here with a friend for a late lunch. We both got the birria quesadillas (3 pieces), which were very filling and had good flavor to it. It took maybe less than 10 minute sot get our order. The horchata only came in one size (large)- it was good and could taste the cinnamon, but was a little watered down compared to other horchatas I've tried. The only issue was when I went back in to get our order and a new gal had come on duty and had no idea which drinks we had ordered, so there has to be a better way to keep track of that. 2024 #45

Me and my wife got the asada fries. Not much asada on them at all. The pico on the side was good. Not our favorite would not recommend them. Also the hibiscus was great but 6 dollars was a lot. The service was good. It only took about 10 minutes. And the atmosphere at green jeans is always nice.

This place is located inside a building made with storage containers. There are a few different restaurants and shops. They are not open late. We ordered crunchy tacos (4 to an order) and chips with salsa. They allow you to get 2 different proteins - one per taco - which is nice so you can mix it up or share (like we did). The tacos were good but would be better with some cheese on them. The chips are corn and kind of thick. There was not a lot of salt on them. They come with a spicy green sauce and salsa. Both had a little bit of heat but it was tolerable (I don't like things too spicy). The atmosphere is very casual - you can walk around and check out other places inside as well. Definitely worth a visit to check it out - a bonus if you are staying at the Hampton Inn which is across the driveway.

We had no ideas pulling up that it was connected to several other restaurants and shops. I love that pets are allowed and the outside seating. Staff were all so friendly and welcoming! Wait was not long at all despite there being a long line after we ordered. The food was amazing and flavored perfectly! We will be back when we are in town.

Didn't want to go to any other food halls so we tried this one called green Jeans. After a disappointing experience with tacos yesterday I was eager to even things out with a good taco one. Let me tell you, Fusion tacos delivered! I walked into the structure and it was very spacious and not too Much sun beating down on you. We walked into the food hall and walked straight ahead to fusion tacos. The young guy at the counter was very friendly and welcoming. I had to choose between soft and hard tacos and if you're use to street tacos get the soft as I did. Orders come in 4s and I got Birria and Carne Asada. I went straight for the Birria and it was amazing! The Consommé was amazing w/ lots of fat to help carry it! The tortillas were grilled with the same consommé. I had to stop myself from downing the whole plate as fast as I could eat. Now the carne asada, juicy meat and a good amount of cilantro and onions without turning it into a salad. I put the salsa that came with the Birria tacos on the Asada ones and it was fire but not in the spicy way. It had a sweetness to it. Almost tasted like chili garlic Asian sauce. I loved it! I Added the cabbage for the last taco and I should've done that with all of them. A+ fusion tacos!

Nice to have a taco place at Green Jeans. They're even open a little later than most of the other food options. I've had the quesabirria tacos a couple times and while they aren't the best, they are quite tasty. They put a good amount of meat in each of the four tacos, plus provide a grilled jalapeno, some lime wedges, and a little side of consume to dip them into. This place is a welcome addition to Green Jeans and I look forward to trying more of their offerings.

I will start with the positive and that was the service. Good service and friendly cashier. The food was very bland. My husband and I had bowls and there was just no flavor. It was so very bland. Our son had a chicken, black bean and White rice burrito, they forgot to add the pico de gallo and again he said it was so bland. Later that night he had an upset stomach as well. We would never eat there again. Boring bland food.

Since the owners are making excuses for their staff's incompetence on Google, I'm expanding to Yelp. They let me order a meal only to realize after I paid and walked off, that what I wanted was out of stock. I'm more appaled by the fact your staff and manager on duty couldn't do even simple math by keeping correct track of inventory. First experiences are literally what drive customers back to locations and this is not that. For a first timer, food was good but service was piss poor. If you can tolerate mediocre service, then this place could be for you. Tldr: the staff and management are proving why New Mexico is ranked so low in education by their inability to even track their own stock, which is basic math. Thank you Fusion Tacos for ruining an evening by literally being so bad at your job it takes 2 separate reviews to express the level of discontent with not only your staff but your entire organization from the top to bottom.
