Seeking the authentic tasty taco.Fusion Taco food truck is where to go if you are in the Santa Fe Area. No seating anywhere in the parking lot. Take to go or eat in your car. Have plenty of napkins for the juices that will run down your fingers. The sauces are all delicious. Shredded beef Tacos were off the chart with the crispy shell you there is no room for improvement.. a must try. Service was awesome. Timely. We were there 12 noon on a Thursday . Within 10 minutes we were on our way to eating. They give you a buzzer to let you know when your food is ready. Easy touch-less payment option. There is option for door dash. There are other trucks on the lot if you have someone who is looking for coffee and a donut., Authentic Thai and other Mexican food.

I had the carne asada fusion bowl. Very satisfying for lunch. Service was very fast. They gave me a buzzer so I could walk around a bit, however, before I could disappear, the food was ready. My bowl came with 2 sauces on the side. A red and a green. I am happy to say, they both had a kick. The green sauce was my favorite. There is a nice outdoor seating area behind the truck. Shade and sun available. Many locals frequent this space. A few talked with us. This is also a great place to bring your dog. Lots of dogs with their humans. A great low key lunch location.

The first time I ordered from here, I was so impressed with the beef. It was cooked to perfection, well spiced, and and wonderful to eat.This last time I ordered the beef bowl and it was just OK. It tasted a little weird. Perhaps it was marinated. It reminded me a little bit of liver, but I will try it again especially with the tacos.
