Fusion Tacos

When you first look at the menu, it might seem a little confusing. But don't worry, take your time to go through it and explore all the options. It's always good to give yourself some extra time during your first visit. I hope this helps!I recently tried the birria taco with a side of rice and beans and it was absolutely delicious. The red sauce was my favorite part of the dish. I'm looking forward to trying the birria noodles next, I've heard great things about them.

Wow, the food was absolutely amazing, super fresh and completely bursting with flavors! We were thoroughly impressed and could not take a breather while shoveling it down! We will be back tomorrow and the day after that and forever more!

Not the greatest but maybe your best bet in the food court. Quesabirria tacos were fine - decent but mild flavor in the appropriately greasy meat, essentially flavorless broth and decently (middling quality) cheesy but the prices are high and the counter person would benefit from some charm school - she perked up after I tipped, though, so maybe it's just the nature of the food court (this is the first time I've eaten at a food court in seven+ years, so who knows?). My friend was satisfied with his asada fries but not raving - and the gloppy nacho pump cheese doesn't suggest fine cuisine. Anyway, I don't feel completely ripped off or sick to my stomach, but there's no way I'm rushing back.

Lady at cash register was nice but not like super friendly or warm. Food was aight, I'm not sure if I would eat here again but i don't regret eating there either. Im kind of in the middle to be honest. I got carne asada tacos and the carne was seasoned very good but the salsa seemed like it was an instant mix or something

Remember when Mall Food was really a treat while shopping? Well Fusion Tacos brings back that energy with a New Mexican feel. I ordered Tacos with chorizo and carnitas. You get 4 tacos per order and the price is fair! The meat is tender and well seasoned, the shell is crispy and freshly made, and the salsa is spicy! All together, a delicious take on some New Mexican favorites.

I am surprised to see that not many folks have reviewed fusion tacos. I follow their Facebook page and everyone is always raving about them. As a Santa Fean I was witness of the success the owners of a small foo truck have accomplished. They have several food trucks in Santa Fe and a location the Santa Fe place mall and at the brewery of Santa Fe, another in Las Vegas, one in cotton wood mall and other locations that it's hard to keep track of. Anyways from humble beginnings to successful entrepreneurs this owners can definitely make this customers happy! Their menu items include various products such as weekly meal preps, Fortas, burritos, fit menus items, specialty drinks, quesadillas, Roman noodle soup with birria ..ect. My all time favorite is the birria quesadilla tacos that are to die form! They are perfectly cooked to perfection and taste is present in every bite. They include garnish with the tacos such as onion and cilantro but you can decide to have it on the side or not include it. It come with Chile sauce and birria caldo. We ended getting the 20 tacos type of deal that runs for 58-59 bucks! Great customer service overall!

There is a nice healthy selection of food to choose from, which is appreciate. I thought my meal overall all was overpriced. I was still hungry when I was done. Over $10 at a food court should yield an ample meal. Mine was not. The cashier has a poor attitude and communication skills. I asked for a courtesy water and she wanted to charge me a dollar for it. I thought she might of heard me say bottled water. I said, no, I just wanted tap water, so she handed me the tap water and didn't take off the charge. I gave her the water back. When someone asks for a courtesy water, it's usually understood that it's free, if not they should simply say so, not look at you like you're an idiot. It's fine that they want to charge for tap water, but it's a bad practice if they want a returning customer. Lots of choices at a food court.

I read some Facebook Posts raving about Fusion Tacos, so I decided to check it out. Totally didn't get the praise this place received. The food was just meh! Nothing unique and amazing here. The tacos were average and uninspiring.

Honestly some of the best tacos I have ever had, whenever I come back to the cottonwood mall I WILL absolutely be buying these again, the tacos were impeccable and the smoothie, for only four bucks you get a huge cup and one of the best smoothies you'll ever have. 10/10 would reccomend

Hot, tasty and good pricing! Food came out fast employees are friendly and venue seems clean and tidy.
