Beautiful furniture everywhere!

I hate shopping for furniture. But we are looking to replace a sectional and in the mall so ok we'll look here. There's a lot of furniture from nice to gaudy - maybe we can stealthily get to the sofa section. No such luck. We were met by the 1st of many sales staff we'd meet today about 50' in. Thanks but just looking. www were followed for awhile. When that person left within 25' the next one came up to us. It was almost like we were passed off by zone. Ugh. Even the "hey give me your name and if I find anything or have any questions I'll let you know" couldnt shake them. We didn't find anything we liked. Many posted prices did not equal implied quality or value. The procedure repeated itself as we made for the exit. Here's a hint guys - I'm just looking does not mean I'm going to buy! Respect my desire to look at things without being molested.

This store is an absolute joke. The furniture is cheap and gross, the employees are all awful, they change up their policy and scam people consistently. DO NOT BUY. BEWARE. They were just on the news for scams.

Horrible business - I wonder how they even stay open. I purchased a power bed that was supposed to have charger ports in the base. It didn't upon delivery. They never made it right.

Visit Kevin at Furniture City! Everyone was helpful and our salesman Kevin was professional and happy to help us find the furniture we were looking for. We were in and out so quickly and efficiently thanks to Kevin. The selection and variety of furniture for every area of your home is enormous. Beautiful pieces for every decorative style. The down side (that is no fault of Furniture City) is that furniture orders are delayed weeks out however our chosen bedroom set has an ETA of 6-8 weeks. Not bad considering the issues shipping problems nowadays! We will definitely be visiting Furniture City again for future furniture needs. Kevin will always be our go to guy at Furniture City!

I bought a bedroom set in June and I was told it would take 4 weeks. It's now September and still nothing. I've been calling weekly to check on my order just to be placed on hold and told I would get a call back with status. Never got any follow ups. I will never buy from here again.

We went in to buy bar stools (which we did) and ended up buying a couch. Marciea helped us find the perfect couch after we looked at tons of fabrics for it and the pillows. It was clear that she really loves her job and knows what she's doing. It's a nice store and very reasonably priced. We will definitely go back to see her.

Price was right but communicated poorly. Almost a year and STILL getting delays in delivery for the rest of our order with NO communication unless we call them. They should be reaching out to us more often.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Furniture City and their utterly ridiculous return policy. I purchased a spring box from them, and within a mere 48 hours, I realized what a grave mistake I had made. However, attempting to return the item (still in its opened box ) turned out to be an absolute nightmare.Firstly, let's talk about their so-called "customer service." The staff at Furniture City seem to have mastered the art of indifference. When I approached them with my legitimate concern about the spring box, I was met with eye rolls and dismissive attitudes. It's almost as if they train their employees to treat customers like a burden rather than the lifeblood of their business. Now, let's get to the heart of the matter - their return policy. According to Furniture City, waiting a whole 48 hours is apparently too long to expect a return. I mean, come on! In what universe is two days considered an eternity to decide whether a piece of furniture is suitable? It's as if they want customers to make hasty decisions and regret them later. The absurdity doesn't end there. When I explained the issues with the spring box still which was not ever removed from its box and requested a return, they had the audacity to tell me that I had waited too long. Excuse me? Last time I checked, two days doesn't qualify as an eternity. It's clear that Furniture City's return policy is nothing but a cleverly disguised scam to trap unsuspecting customers into keeping subpar furniture. In conclusion, steer clear of Furniture City unless you enjoy throwing your hard-earned money down the drain. Their shoddy return policy and lackluster customer service are a potent combination designed to leave you stuck with furniture you don't want and regretting ever setting foot in their store. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere - anywhere but Furniture City!

We were met by Richard and had a totally exceptional experience and I have to admit I was surprised. He knew his inventory, how to pace our exploration of the store and was delighted to mention fellow workers like the woman now doing their floor displays. The choices in styles was extraodinary and the price was reflective of the level of finish in all of the pieces we looked at. The selection was far greater than other local stores and had many pieces that were unique and functional in a variety of finishes. Richard was very clear in the amount of time different things took to arrive in ABQ. I have to tell you I had absolutely no reason to think that this venue had anything I would ever have looked at - and I could not have been more incorrect!
