Fun Noodle Bar

We recently tried takeout from this spot and overall had a mixed experience. I ordered the beef fried rice and it was delicious! I added a bit of garlic at home to kick up the flavor even more, and it hit the spot perfectly.We chose takeout because the delivery fee was super cheap, and we couldn't make it out with the kids' bedtime creeping up. The food took a little longer to arrive than we hoped, but it was still warm and ready to eat.My husband went for the shrimp tempura but was a little bummed to find it had a bunch of veggies mixed in. For the price, we were expecting a more generous portion of shrimp.Despite this, we'll definitely give this place another try--perhaps dining in next time to get the full experience. Overall, a good option for quick takeout, especially for those nights when getting out isn't easy.

First time experiencing a bad freshly made noodle. Very disappointing. Super mushy soft noodles. No chew. We made a quick pitstop here driving from Colorado Springs and just got too hungry and couldn't wait to eat at Albuquerque, and what a disappointment. Steam bun is dry with no flavor. Ramen is mushy. The soup is decent, so they get an extra star for that. But no. For them to make the noodles and to be this bad, I am thoroughly disappointed.

I ordered the Jalapeño Chicken, and it was more like popcorn chicken, because the pieces were very small. The taste was good but I felt like I got the crumbs!!! It was hard to get a seat, order and pay!! I had to wave at them several times to get their attention! The service was bad, and some people had been waiting and were still waiting for their food! It was Christmas Day and it was busy, so I give them the benefit of the doubt. I hope they do a better service than what I experienced! At this point, the dish was not great and the ambience was loud, busy, and chaotic!

The BEST Vegetable Chow Mein! I get a side of streamed broccoli to up my veggies! Actually a new craving. Always friendly, prompt service. Easy parking. On regular rotation for us. Also, several Vegan options which is a plus!!

Such a great addition to Santa Fe! Everything we ordered was so hot, fresh and delicious. We sat at a comfortable booth and shared some chow mein, sesame chicken, pork bao buns, egg-rolls,.... Yummy. Cannot wait to return. Service was excellent, too.

I went on New Year's Day, it was extremely busy and the servers were running around getting everything done in a very fast and efficient way! Food was so tasty and it was so cool getting to watch the noddles being made while waiting!

The place is clean and busy. Staff are friendly and know both English and Chinese. Lots of great food here. When you order choose between white rice, fried rice, and pan fried noodles. I don't know if it depends on the region. Mongolian beef should be spicy. Mine was not, it was more sweet. Did enjoy the food and restroom was clean.

This place was amazing everything fresh and tasty. Service was great too. Enjoyed dinner and we will certainly be back. Everything we ordered was hot and tasty. Delicious!!

There aren't a lot of options in Santa Fe for good asian food and it seems that Fun Noodle Bar is no exception. Service was to the point and they seemed like they were rushing to get us out the door, yet there was another hour before closing. I like how you can watch them preparing and making their own noodles. It was something to do and see while we waited. Crab Cheese Wontons. They were filled to the brim and tasted pretty good. Sesame Chicken. Not the best I've had. The chicken was too hard and the meal said it came with broccoli and I got two small pieces.

Relaxed atmosphere, delicious tofu appetizer, vegan dishes including houe made noodles. Great service. Fun-- just like the name suggests.
