No show for appt. No call to cancel or reschedule. Initial contact great and was hoping to use services. Poor business practice.

I made an appointment with this guy for a rental I have. I took time out of my schedule to drive over there to meet him and he never showed up. When I called to see if something had happened, he answered but seem confused and then remembered. I see someone just posted the same thing. Not a very good first impression.

i just called him and mentioned Santa Fe and he got crazy...he told me that santa fe was so far from albuquerque he didn't let me explain what i really needed he just was really impolite person..

Called them to come check out our pond- we needed plants and fish. They scheduled appointment and did NOT show. No waited. No call from them. We called them, "OH- we'll be there tomorow at X time"... 3 hours late- guy shows up.. smoking a cigarette into our backyard and talks to us while smoking. Gross. Gives us a quote. Cool. We're stoked. Let's do it. He's says they will call and schedule when they'll show up with all our plants/fish - a good amt of $ too!... 2 days go by.. since they hadn't called, I left a message. 2 weeks go by.. NO CALL. NADA. Really?! So we did it ourselves. A week later.. they call and want to know when they can schedule a time to bring plants/fish. UH-SORRY you missed out on a sale.Seriously? HORRIBLE customer service.

I'm feel bad posting this, but I also feel it needs posted. I hired Full Circle Solutions to clean out our pond, it was terribly clogged up with overgrown lillies and years of accumulated sediment. The initial cleaning was wonderful, he did an excellent job and left the pond looking as though it was brand new. If things had ended here, I would have given FCS a full 5 stars. But he took all of my pond plants, probably close to 3-$500 dollars worth with the agreement that he could have them if he separated and repotted 3-4 for my pond and returned them. That's the last I saw of him. I called 6-8 times over the course of the next two months and left messages. He did return one call , leaving me a message assuring me he'd get my plants back. That's the last I ever heard from him. Without plants when the spring came the pond quickly turned to a green soupy mess of algae. So, in addition to paying him to clean the pond, I then had to pay more money to get products to reduce the algae and then had to purchase more pond plants. I spent easily what I paid him initially. I would like to think something happened, but it was not a miscommunication, not with that many messages I left him. Buyer beware, he does a great job cleaning, but I'd not let him leave with your pond plants.
