I found the price to be a big selling point. My husband and I got a decent serving and it was $11. Not bad! The yogurts were good and you could try them to see which you wanted. There aren't a ton of options but I found 2 I wanted. They also sell regular food and other treats. I only give them 4 stars because we've tried to come before and they were randomly closed.

Poor customer service! & Expen$ive. We visited recently -- drove nearly 20 min to find it -- & wanted to test-taste one of the flavors. We were told they were not yet allowed to give out the lil paper cups to sample a flavor (per CDC) ... so I asked for a spoon. I was referred to the Mgr. who would not give me a spoon... she & I went back & forth a couple times cuz I didn't understand... finally i asked her how were we supposed to eat our yogurt without a spoon ??!? All she could say was she couldn't give me a spoon until check-out. I'llI said that didn't really make any sense & she became quite nasty & told me I was welcome to go someplace else ... then disappeared into the back. Talk about poor customer service. We each got half-filled cups with the lil chocolate sprinkles & it cost $16! Talk about Expen$ive. If there are other fro-yo places around, take the manager's advice & go someplace else.

If I could give zero stars, I would. So disappointed in our experience. An employee attacking and yelling at a child is wrong. Extremely unprofessional!! This company has chosen the wrong representation of their business.

Ingredients in frozen yogurt sold at this store are not posted anywhere for consumers to see. Various flavors were labeled in smaller print: "No sugar added," but it was not apparent that these flavors were sweetened with Sucralose (which many people choose to not consume.)I started filling a cup with a flavor that had "No sugar added", and was quickly told by my spouse that it contained Sucralose. I put it in the trash and chose another flavor. When I went to pay for the cup of yogurt, the tossed cup of yogurt was waiting for me on the check-out register scale. An employee removed the yogurt I threw out from the trash and took it to the front counter to be weighed so they could charge me for it. They insisted that they had to charge me.I'm shocked that they took the cup out of the trash and it put it on the scale. Not particularly sanitary, I'd say. I suggest they post the ingredients so consumers can make an informed choice.

DO NOT COME HERE.On Sunday, June 4, 2023, at approximately 2:00PM, I brought my little brother to Frogurt. As we were paying, a man who worked there came up to my brother and me and held up a frozen yogurt grate, asking if my brother had spilled frozen yogurt on the grate below (the piece of metal being there to catch anything falling from the dispensers). My brother said no, we paid, and left.As we were sitting in the car, shortly after this interaction happened, this man harshly knocks on a car window and then not two seconds later OPENS THE DOOR TO THE CAR where my brother was sitting. My brother, obviously freaked out, tried to close the door, but the man grabbed it and made sure it stayed open.He said he checked the security cameras and that it was in fact my brother who spilled some yogurt on the grate. He said to never come back to "his" store (so maybe this was an owner). It was only after I told him that if he does not leave us alone I would be calling the police that he slammed the door shut.Shortly after this happened, my brother confessed that he did spill the frozen yogurt. He said that he was freaked out that the man approached him and panicked in his response.Let's contextualize this a bit:- A kid spills a bit of yogurt (it was more than a few drops but by no means even near a serving of yogurt).- Some grown man confronts his customers over an inconsequential spill.- Lying is not ok, but the kid did it because he freaked out/felt threatened.- This grown man reacts by leaving his business to threaten a minor.I am shocked. No mercy.Mind you, we are not talking about someone who pulls the frozen yogurt lever for ten seconds, or even five.I don't know if this is a legal/prosecutable offense, but maybe do yourself a favor and hire security if you decide to patronize this business that verbally accosts it's customers. Now for the funny part - here are some quotes from Frogurt's website, all of which are diametrically opposed to the reality of the Frogurt customer experience:"We wanted it [Frogurt] to be a place where people would enjoy spending time.""To us it's all about 'The Experience' you have in our store""We feel that the relationship with our customers comes before revenues, profits and anything financially oriented. We must gain their loyalty by providing good products and services day-in and day-out.""Frogurt's Vision Statement: 'Ensure that each guest is treated individually with the intention of having that guest return with friends and more friends. This means making an impression in the customers, the community and the world.""We would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the industry.""'We love the joy and kindness that our store shares with everyone. We believe from our heart that is what life is all about." - Dave & Pattie"And the best one of all, considering our experience: "Life is like a bowl of Frogurt. You never know what you're gonna get!"

Today I went to this place for an already packaged classic tart container. The cashier asked me if I wanted two for a discount. I accepted. I payed a total of $9.00 with credit card fees and taxes applied. The very nice lady goes to the back to get the yogurt. She tells me she only has one classic tart and asked me if I wanted another flavor. I said no. (I don't like the flavored yogurt). She suggested vanilla. I asked if I could try it first. She was going to open the pre-packaged container and I stopped her. I did not want her to open the container in case I did not like it. I asked if she had something small for me to get a very small amount. She told me I could get a spoon and try it. I grabbed a spoon and started getting some vanilla yogurt. A lady walks into the store. She tells me, "Stop! That's not how you serve yourself. You must get a container. I looked at her and said, "The employee told me I could get some to try the flavor". She continues, "You can't do that!" I was going to explain why I was doing this but I look at her and think to myself that I don't owe this lady an explanation. I don't know who she is. As far as I'm concerned she looks like a Karen not minding her own business. I told her, "The employee knows I'm doing this. Mind your own business". She replies with, "I'm the owner it's my business!" I say, "Okay, this is what is happening..." and I explained why I was getting yogurt with a spoon. She walked away before I was done talking. She entered through a door. I walk back to the front to tell the cashier I didn't like the vanilla flavor. I probably didn't like it because my stomach started to hurt after the chat I had with the owner.... The owner appears where the cashier was and takes over. The poor cashier looked pale. She started explaining she had already charged me for two pre-packaged containers and she had to give me a refund since I ended up buying only one. The "owner" (Patti) took over the cash register. Patti didn't look at me. She started working on the cash register. She gave me the silent treatment... She handed me money (didn't tell me how much it was) never looked at me. I asked her to mark my frogurt card. She looked mortified but she did. She handed me the card still not making eye contact or speaking to me. I was very upset at this point and said, "Awesome customer service". She replied, "Thank you". I'm not going back to this place. Patti was unwelcoming, unprofessional and beyond rude. She approached me like a total Karen. She could've handled things differently to have a better outcome. I read many other reviews where the owners have been rude to other customers which made me feel better about my situation at this place. I'm all about supporting local businesses but I will not come back to this one.I don't recommend this place. That green chair they advertise on the pictures has looked dirty for years. I've never sat on it and would never allow a child to even touch it! Take your business elsewhere since its not appreciated here either way.
