I had such a great experience! They were so warm and welcoming. I saw Franny for my Botox treatment and she was phenomenal! I had a lot of questions & she was very informative and made me feel comfortable, which I so appreciated since I'm a ball of anxiety. I will absolutely be back!

i received Botox for my forehead and 11s and it's been four months i can not breathe through one nostril . it's been miserable especially at night I can't sleep have to sit up. I noticed she went lower down on one side of my eyebrow close to my inner eye nose bridge. I've never been injected there and right away I was wondering why she went so low on that side and not the other. They offered me a free treatment and my reply was absolutely not. train your employees better . I pray I'm able to breathe again. My warning is to stay away from this place.

I have been going here for over two years. I am 51 and I started with botox but quickly decided, when I turned 50, I needed fillers. I waited a long time to start so it took 5 syringes the first time but they offer discounts for multiples. I did another 2 syringes 11 months later (the second picture) and 2 more 10 months later. I look 10 years younger and I feel awesome! I probably wouldn't have needed as much if I had started earlier. Maintenance should be cheaper and easier now though. Additionally, I'm doing brow microblading there too. Olga really knows my face and keeps me looking natural. I also like their clear pricing. No numbers or time games here. Olga is a Nurse Practitioner and understands my low blood pressure. She makes sure I eat before I come in. LOL. The staff is friendly too. I would never go anywhere else. BTW, the botox works great on my old face.

Please don't be fooled by all the fancy advertising, this woman ruined my lips! I paid $800 for 1ML and she wanted me to pay another $800 to fix HER MISTAKE. equaling $1600 Now I've been stuck looking like this till I can afford to get them fixed She never posted my results either so she's good at hiding her mistakes. 10/10 Would NOT reccomend!

WORST place in New Mexico! Do not waste your money at this place! Results will NOT last! This likely because Olga uses fake/knockoff products from Russia. During my joke of a consultation, I made it VERY clear I wanted Juvederm used for my lip filler. I was assured and promised that's exactly what be used. The day of my appointment and after my injection, I asked to see the box in which my filler (Juvederm) would have been in prior to Olga injecting me- Their response was "they were out of stock and no longer had the box" whaaaat?! They refused to show me what was used on me. I later found out it was a product I had NEVER heard of or asked for!!! She used a product I did not consent to nor had I ever heard of before! It They also PHOTO SHOP after pictures. My "after" photo looked NOTHING like my ACTUAL results. Olga also took it upon herself to add an extra units of botox WITHOUT my consent and made sure to add it to my already high bill (Mind you, I had NEVER had Botox before) Any professional Med Spa establishment should show you the UNOPENED/boxed package with the exact product (Botox, Juvaderm, etc.) prior to your injection. This place distracts you to avoid showing what they are using/injecting because they do not use what they advertise or lead you to believe you are getting! This company is a FRAUD! If you still plan on giving your money to this place, PLEASE ASK TO SEE PACKAGING/UNOPENED BOX PRIOR TO YOUR INJECTION.RN ROBERTA is uneducated and dishonest! This company is a joke and should not be in business. I FEEL SO BAD FOR THE OLDER WOMEN THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF. I had a HORRIBLE and VERY DISHONEST EXPERIENCE AT FREYA'S LAIR. Luckily I have a paper trail and recordings of everything from the very beginning and have also been in contact with other woman who have had a similar HORRIBLE experience. I have PROOF OF EVERYTHING AND AM IN THE WORKS OF PURSUING A LAWSUIT.

I have been going to Freya's for almost a year now. I absolutely love this place! Everyone is so friendly, helpful and professional. Roberta is fantastic!! She is so knowledgeable about all the products and procedures. I highly recommend her and this facility!

Been a loyal customer for several years, and today, I get a call from their business. They lady said they accidentally gave me a credit for services I had done back in February and that I need to pay it back as well as for the services or else they will get their attorney on me because its a felony. I lost it! They literally threatened me for their mistake and during the holiday season at that. I remember paying for those services at that time. The girl for someone reason, couldn't figure out how to bill my debit card. So I used a credit card that I never really use for anything unless it's an emergency and I pay it off right away and lock it so it can't be used. I haven't used that credit card since then. I told the lady I'd need to look into it, but she was quick to threaten me with felony charges and their attorney before I could even look into it. I was fine and calm until the threat happened, and I lost it, "How dare she threaten me when it was their mistake. I didn't steal the money from them or ask them to pay me the money. This was their wrongdoing, and now, because of that threat, I'm going to get my attorney on them for extortion." Mind you, I'm here at work when I answered their call, and all of the women I work with asked me what business this is? I told them the business name and their location and to tell all of their friends what kind of shady business this is, so they keep others from becoming victims of this horrible place.

It's been almost two weeks and the results are incredible. Staff is extremely helpful and courteous. I will definitely be back.
