Cheapest gas in town

I went here based on the first review thinking I'd find a great beer selection. I didn't. Well, at least not by Jubilation standards or even Quarters. Really, it's just a glorified gas station and the liquor store in the name is a bit misleading. There are a few local and craft beers, but otherwise it's your standard big names. And of course, you won't get advice on beers, wines or liquors; just a gas station clerk that is looking to usher people in and out of the store as quick as possible. This place may work if you need gas, booze, and a quick way to get on the freeway to escape town, but otherwise, not the place to go for liquor.

Holy schnikeys!!! This place is sketchy but with nice staff. The old maintenance guy was cool. The 2 security guards were cool and the 1 tall cashier guy was cool. The younger black lady cashier wanted me to spend more money. But $40 was all I was willing to flash in this neighborhood. There were drug dealers, street hookers, homeless tents, vagrants, and miscreants of all sorts in and around this location at only 11pm. What a cacophony of lecherous sounds and degrading sights loomed in the semi-light of this place. Only the pork skins on the shelves had seen the plethora of scum and derelicts pass by. So please avoid the flotsam and jetsam of the area and go elsewhere. Enter at your own risk.

My card was fraudulently used at this establishment. After calling for three days trying to resolve the issue and never getting through to their supposed "manager" I left a number and was promised I'd be called back. Instead of calling me they waited for the charge to be processed so they wouldn't have to deal with it. When I called again to speak to anyone who wasn't the rude staff that could help me I was hung up on twice and then told that "no one used my card at their store" and that I was a "Royal bitch". I live three hours away and I was at work the entire day the transaction was made I couldn't have possibly made it there to buy anything. I've been robbed, called a liar, and insulted because I was trying to report fraud and have my money returned to me. I guess instead I'll be getting a lawyer.

Moments after I posted my last review, I learned that the Jim Beam Barrel Aging complex was on fire. 45,000 barrels of Beam, up in smoke. The water from the firefighters washed the whiskey into the adjoining river, putting an end to all life. There is already a whiskey shortage, to say nothing of the Bourbon shortage. I already discussed the shortage of older Beam.I had to put aside my indifference with Freeway Liquors (also known as Comanche Fuel Stop - they are equally awful), and went back in to buy what I had originally needed. It's not that they didn't have what I wanted, they just misrepresented the product. I bought 2 more cases. I checked the box before I got out the credit card. They don't sell the 1.75L Beam as fast as other sellers, so they still had some. (Well, they did until today). What a miserable process, just to buy half-decent whiskey.I suppose that the silver lining in this cloud is that when society collapses, I'll have 2 3/4 gallons of aged Jim Beam (with the black cap) to trade for toilet paper, gasoline, or cigarettes. As they say on ebay "New- in the box - with reciept". Considering the 9 million 750ml bottles of Beam that is sleeping with the fishes, maybe I came out ahead...

Nope, never going here again. Just returned last season beer. Gross! It was so dusty there were dust bunnies in the box! Plus, they charge a dollar more than everywhere else. Stay away from this terrible location for beer. We only went here because it was the closest. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I called to check the hours and was told they lock the doors at 11:50. I got there less than 10 mins later to find the doors locked at 11:43. Waste of gas and time. Stay open to your posted hours or train your employees better

Beware! My credit card number was taken at this place and within an hour fraud alerts were buzzing. Someone tried to use my credit card to buy stuff all over Albuquerque and online. If you shop here, be careful!

Hello. Arrived here around 8p on Saturday to get a couple of miniature bottles to take on our flight. Although they had a wide selection of mini travel size bottles the top liquors (i.e. Hennessey) were LOCKED UP n a case and the cashier didnt have a key to open. She made an effort to call a manger or whom ever to gain access to case but no luck. Very strange that u have liquors to sell but u lock them up from ur the cashier to sell to the consumer?? Confused??
