"Customer service rep" very rude and not at all helpful. Said it was "operator error" that could not start chain saw. Then said that they all worked like that. That the saw was difficult to start for everyone. Owner and Stihl rep were at counter and were no help. Will never use this shop again for service or to purchase equipment.

Frank has incredible experience and knowledge - he is phenomenal. He deals Stihl products, which are top end machines.The demand for the shop's services is massive and outstrips the shops ability to deliver in a timely fashion sometimes - particularly for machine repairs.As with many businesses these days 2024, Frank has challenges getting enough quality help to be able to optimize the customer's experience.

NEVER USE THIS PLACEI've never had problems with my Snapper lawn mower until I had Frank's Power Equipment service my lawn mower.1) Sharpen the blades2) Change the oil3) Lubricated & check operations4) Changed spark plug & filterThey lost a spring for my throttle and choke and had to jimmy rigged it to work.Charged $149 and was told my problem is that my lawn mower is old.
