I called Frank's Electric to obtain a quote for running coax cable and drilling a hole into my living room. I was quoted $95/hr + materials. I never received an appointment, however two technicians showed up at my house randomly the following week. Without my permission, I was charged $160/hr instead of the quoted $95/hr since they decided to send two technicians. During the service, the technicians damaged the stucco, leaving a large exposed hole in the side of my home. What should have been a $100 appointment to drill a simple hole ended up costing almost $300 + the cost to repair the stucco. Absolutely do NOT recommend.

We had an technician out from Frank's Electric to replace an outlet that was used for the garbage disposal. The technician appeared to be very unqualified. A simple google search tells you the outlet is wired as a split receptacle. It took the technician over an hour to figure this out. The employee was at our house for approximately 2 1/2 hours. When we received the bill, he charged us for 3 1/2 hours. After several calls to Frank's Electric, we were able to get the charge down to 2 1/2 hours. The employees time card did not match the invoice and while they claim to have GPS info so they know how long an employee is at a location, for some reason they did not have GPS info for our job. Avoid Frank's Electric!

Was referred here from someone and the service was horrible. They never called to get me price.
