Rochelle, Rochelle, Rochelle, oh how you helped take the pain away. I was out riding my bike the morning after a storm. The storm had just broke and it was a beautiful early morning. An unforeseen obstruction was suddenly in the road as I came around the corner and BLAM!!! Over the handlebars I went and my carbon bike shattered into three pieces. I had to make a flight in just a couple of hours. I didn't have anything major broken but I was bleeding in many places and definitely already getting sore and stuff as I drove to the airport. I couldn't turn my head to the left by the time I got to the airport and my left arm had limited movement. Nothing had improved by the time I landed in ABQ and I needed to play in a golf tournament the next morning. After taking a few moments to pour over reviews of medically therapeutic therapists I luckily landed on Rochelle. I called her and explained the situation to her. She even stayed late to get me in. Rochelle took the time to evaluate me and then once I was on the table her intuition of what my body needed was impressive. I firmly believe she greatly mitigated the level of pain and seriousness of my injuries with her early same day intervention. Her service was certainly 5 Star worthy. The business lost a star for location and difficulty to find.

Yesterday I saw Rochelle for the 2nd time and the massage she gave was outstanding! I have chronic neck, shoulder and back pain. I have tried other massage therapists, but what is unique about Rochelle is that she is very knowledgeable about different pressure points that result in tense muscles releasing and finally relaxing. I found that Rochelle has the hand and arm strength to go deep into stressed muscle tissue when that is what is needed. Rochelle also offered some advice on how I can stretch calf and ankles before I get out of bed in the morning, which will help me to remain looser and less stressed. Rochelle has an easy website to access where one can easily book and appointment. I originally bought a Groupon for my initial visit. That worked so well I am intending to come back on a regular basis. Rochelle is a consummate professional, knows what she is doing, has a very relaxing ambiance in her office, takes all major credit cards, and is a delight to work with. This is only my third Yelp review. I am writing it because that is how much I thought of the therapeutic massage Rochelle provided and wanted others to know. Thank you Rochelle.

Some years ago, when I saw Rochelle, there was a personal touch, i.e. returning phone calls, etc. Now, it's all about the Website. I had trouble navigating the site, and called Rochelle directly. She never answered my message. I then booked a time inconvenient for me, but at least I could get it. I then turned in my Groupon coupon and declined to get my massage. For me, massage is more than ordering batteries on Amazon. Thing is, she had no comment - as if this is a routine occurrence. Good technique probably. Empathy, no.
