These guys took care of me in replacing a tankless water heater. Unlike dealing with the big companies this is dealing with the owner and one on one service. I would highly recommend them. I have used TLC and Wagner in the past and this company is much better- talk to Max

The so called plumber who was, Marcos, did a terrible job. We only needed our disposal lifted into place and screwed back on. Well he was able to do that much, then told us the leak was actually in the elbow part under sink. He then said he would need to go home for a snake! Now I ask you what plumber does not carry around a snake? Went home and more money! Never again! And don't ask for Marcos.

Needed someone to redo the washer faucet/drain box. Their worker showed up alone and got to work, but within the next 2 hours, he managed to drop a torch and burned the top of a *brand new* dryer - he put in a plastic valve box, but it's not flush to the wall and the frame of the valve box doesn't fit, (he tried to "glue" the frame on with drywall spackling??) - he left a pile of sheetrock dust and trash inside the garage - he was supposed to spackle and texture the sheetrock he cut out, and didn't - *AND* he was in such a hurry to leave the "mess" that he didn't even bother to turn the *WATER MAIN* back on??!! And - as it turns out - it's just as well that he left the water main turned off, because as soon as I got the water turned back on - *ONE OF THE WASHER CONNECTIONS IMMEDIATELY STARTED TO LEAK*!!!And - as if all that wasn't enough - when I went out to turn the water main back on - the plumber had somehow managed to turn the cutoff valve so far the wrong direction, that he'd managed to force the brass blocking tab *PAST* the brass block!?!? (I don't even know how you do that!?) I had to use 2 wrenches and a breaker bar to turn the valve back on!! Needless to say - this was NOT a good experience. I would *NOT* recommend these guys - and I will *NOT* be using them again. (I'm probably going to have to have another reputable plumber out here to make sure this is done right!?) The plumbing work can be fixed - but burning the top of a *brand new* $700 dryer is outrageous and spectacularly careless.....(he actually burned the dust cover that was *over* the dryer first - and could have started a full-blown fire!!)Don't use - find someone else.....(I didn't see any mention of being "licensed" or "bonded", so - you get what you pay for....)

Contracted through Lowes for a simple bathroom sink install after new vanity top was installed. Technican showed up without necessary parts snd had to leave to get them. In the end the sink was set high, plumbing not properly connected or checked so the drain line leaked. Called for a return visit, said technician would be here in 2 hours. Four hours later still no word so I called back and the woman forwarded me to the technicals voice mail. No response. I had house guests arriving the next day and decided to try and figure it out myself, and did. Called back to let them know and recieved a totally rude response from the woman who answered the phone, who then ended the call hanging up on me mid-sentence. DO NOT USE!

Everything started out great until it didn't. They wanted money for incomplete work, didn't remember what was quoted and accused me of not wanting to pay for the work that was actually done. After pointing out specifics on quote and invoice they agreed to come back and finish. We scheduled another appointment for which they never showed. We then scheduled another appointment for which they sent me a $0 invoice and then charged me $250 and $20 for parts and never fully completed the work. AVOID AT ALL COST!
