I had a ruined key that they were able to make copies of. It took 5 minutes and they were super nice. I'll be going back to them.

Very helpful. I purchased a faulty key fob from the dealership(which I have to return). They made me two new keys fobs and were very personable.

This is hands down the absolute worst business I've ever dealt with. Horrible, taking advantage of people kind of experience. So unprofessional and forget management. These are very bad people and don't deserve to have a business license. Try to get any work warrantedYou might as well forget it. They screwed up and charged me twice to fix their mess up. Strait garbage of a business. Take it anyway you want but these guys are the absolute bottom of the barrel

I tried calling them because my keys were lost .... got a busy signal of disconnection. Too bad I could have used them. Now I do not refer them to anyone.. Wrong number?

So I was referred to Flying Fortress from Home Depot for a set of special keys. They copied them in 3 minutes for $6. If I need more keys made, I'll be back.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a locksmith shop!!! The staff at Flying Fortress where very rude, and arrogant. I was nearly chased out of the store just because I wanted to look at the show room. I guess this is why Hights lock & key does a lot more Business then these guys do. Hights lock & key actually has Respectful and helpful staff. I use a lot of lock shop services with my Company and my facilities. I would highly recommend any other locksmith in Albuquerque, such as Hights lock & Key, Sandia Safe & Lock, and Key Pros on San Mateo. All of these places have treated me with respect and genuinely wanted to provide good customer service.

A bit expensive but they certainly back behind their work Carlos was an amazing technician that programmed a remote for my 09 Subaru all the rest of the remotes had broken and Carlos had a bit of a trouble programming it but eventually he said here's your remote and it works beautifully even made an extra key for me previously which also works beautifully thanks guys you and Carlos are wonderful thank you so much

Never again. I called for a door to be opened. Took maybe 10 minutes and $256 later.....The manager told me they don't follow other locksmiths fees do can charge whatever they want. He was extremely defensive and rude. The other reviews are right - do not use this place. Price gougers.

I recommend this company highly. They helped me with a lock issue on a sliding glass door. They are ready to help right away and the customer service is great.

I visited Flying Fortress some month ago to have several different (old) RV keys duplicated. All keys worked flawlessly. I was happy.This trip I went for a gym locker lock, after watching youtube videos showing one readily available lock after another opened in seconds to a minute. At Flying Fortress Locksmith, after explaining my needs, I was shown a first lock, which was top of the line, and un-pickable, but above my price range. I was shown several other locks from minimum to below top of the line. I settled on a midrange lock that has a high degree of security.I went to the gym the next day. On the wall was a poster showing various locks and each lock's level of security. On one of the lockers was the top of the line lock I was first shown, which was the top of the line on the poster too. Obviously Flying Fortress Locksmith knows their businesIn short, I am highly impressed with Flying Fortress Locksmith and will continue to do business with them as needed. It is invaluable to have an expert close to home, and Flying Fortress Locksmith fills that need for me. I could go to a big box store and pay less, but is what I want to protect worth, and where is the expertise?
