Great service, friendliness, and delivery! What a great job you all did for my wife's birthday arrangement! Super job! They are beautiful!

Their online system. No where did it say no on the website "no online orders for out of town flowers." Before I heard from them 2 days had past and I missed the birthday. Was very very disappointed. Never again!

My husband recently passed away and a friend from across the country had ordered a flower arrangement for me as a " Month's Mind" from here. It was to cheer me on the first month anniversary of his passing. What a great tradition. I was not home when the arrangement was delivered. I told the driver where to securely place it in a bucket on my front porch. When I got home, it had been placed on the cement and the wind, I presume, had blown it over, as it was too heavy with lots of foliage with 6 roses and one clump of hydrangea. It was drained of water and the hydrangea was dead and the roses became fully bloomed and tired. This was on the 3rd of July and the flower shop was closed on the 4th. I called the first thing on the 5th. Then I brought the mostly dead arrangement back to the shop and they rebuilt it. This picture is of the rebuilt arrangement. Thank you for making good on what must have been a pricey arrangement. I really appreciate it.

I don't know how you run a business. If you don't answer the phone I've been calling all morning and getting a fast busy signal. I guess I'll have to go someplace else.

Highest recommendation! Needing to send flowers to relatives in Rio Rancho, I yet again accessed Yelp for a recommendation. The person who took my order was precise and efficient. She took time to explain which flowers were the freshest and would last the longest. She probed for specifics about what I wanted and didn't want. The arrangement exceeds my expectation. It is. "medium" sized bouquet of upper range flowers. Cost, including delivery, about $80. This is the third long distance flower order I have completed in 5 months and for each i used Yelp to select the florist (Colorado, Nebraska, and New Mexico). Flowers and things comes through for me, yet again!! Even though, I knew about my wife's birthday since her last birthday (a year ago haha) I found myself ordering an arrangement at the last minute!!! I don't know flowers or arrangements so I described​ what I wanted and left it in their hands! I had a small window to pick them up, execute my plan... Needless to say, they met the window. This allowed me to act as though I had it planned all along... I continue to use Flowers and Things; not only for their customer service, but for their empathy, and most of all the quality of the arrangements they put out!!! I highly recommend Flowers and Things

I have no idea how this shop has four stars. If you scroll down to see all the reviews with photos, you'll see they repeatedly rip off their customers. I've attached two photos--one is of the bouquet as advertised, and the other is of the bouquet as delivered. To add insult to injury, I paid extra to have the bouquet upgraded from what was in the advertised photo. Flowers & Things should be ashamed of themselves for this habitual dishonest practice. I can only imagine they get away with it because most people don't share photos of their cheap-looking bouquets with the senders.

This place. The best place to ever buy flowers from. The staff are the sweetest things. And the quality of the flowers are impeccable. I made a yelp account just for this. Thank you.
