Floral Elegance by Crystal

I'm incredibly sad to have to write this review, but my experience with this florist has left me no other choice. Due to some unexpected issues, my wedding planner and I were having difficulty finding a florist. Crystal was contacted based on her prior reputation and product quality. We discussed details through multiple telephone and video calls, and provided an "inspiration board" to achieve the desired wedding day look. Regrettably, my wedding florals were nowhere near the quality, design, or color scheme anticipated.After our wedding, the owner of the wedding planning company reached out to her regarding my dissatisfaction and to try to reach a possible resolution. When she responded to the owner of the wedding planning company -- no accountability or empathy was expressed. Rather, she cited issues involving time constraints, flower availability, and "freshness" - none of which were brought to my attention or to that of my wedding planner when we discussed the floral contract. My wedding planner and I also contacted Crystal, multiple times, for a copy of my floral contract to which she to date has not responded. I did inform her that I would write about my experience with her absent a response.
