You're right!! I paid money in August now it's almost December and none of the phone numbers that I have, nobody's answering them. The office number doesn't work , I sent the salesman person, who is not answering phone calls,! . I guess I'm just gonna have my check canceled and everyone else should know that they can do that too. They can go to their bank and dispute the charge based on them never calling back and not having an office

Broke 2 of my windows and shut their doors with my stucco being half completed- left trash thrown all over, a 2 inch gap between one wall and window, and they just up and disappeared. Filing a complain with DOJ is currently the only hope of getting some of the deposit back.

Sliding patio door ordered thru Flawless, needing exact replacement of old unit. Measurements done twice. New door is skimpy, both shorter and narrower than original measurements. Former pet door insert is too large to fit with new slider, and Flawless was unable to find suitable pet door despite their assurance that new door would accommodate my insert! They sent 3 inexperienced installers to try to make a cheap generic dog door fit, but they didn't know what they were doing and I sent them back with the unsatisfactory insert. I called the door manufacturer's customer service, who contended they do not make pet doors to fit with their patio slider because "no one asks for them." Clearly they're not in touch with NM residents! I finally found one dog door insert that almost fits and will just have to make do even though it is actually too big.Then last month, the patio screen door stopped moving completely. Flawless sent out a mature repairman who immediately discovered the cause and fixed it, as a piece of plastic had fallen off/out of the top of it due to improper original installation. He was very skilled and checked out all aspects of the door's operation. This gentleman was the only person I spoke with in Flawless who understood the whole problem starting with the wrong size door. Flawless never offered to replace the slider with the right size door per original measurements. I would not do any business ever with them, as the operation is quite flawed.

The pushy sales job is your first clue to run away. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint after their seven windows install broke the block on the outside of the house and drywall on the inside. Working with them has only resulted in harsh words and what their outsourced installer didn't fix, we fixed, including glue gunk all over the windows and tile broken in the bathroom. How they get good reviews are beyond me but they are very very decentralized company. You will be waiting for the windows for months as they are made by the Amish. The trick is who installs. A person that has been with the company for a long time or someone they just hired that supplies their own truck and tools? Also the person that measures your windows are they fully aware of the tricks of the trade for older or historic homes? Again how long have they been with the company? Just saying Beware!

in June I was sold 12 windows for my house rep seemed very respectable I ordered the windows paid half down and was told the windows would be delivered in 16 weeks, as of this date I still have no windows and it appears the co. Has gone out of business.

I paid for my windows in July and was told they would be installed in no less than 16 weeks. it looks like they took a lot of money from the people of Albuquerque and then went out of business.

Product is good. Field service is good however delivery of windows is really slow. Windows were installed on last day of a 4 month estimate. Sales manager is terrible, needs to learn how to talk to someone. Must be reason he is a manager and not a worker.

I ordered my sliding glass door July 10, 2024 and it's almost Thanksgiving, and NO door yet. They don't answer ANY calls and messages are full. I tried to dispute the CC charge with my bank and because the charge has been over 120 days old, there is nothing they can do about it. Luckily, My salesman at the time answered my call and is helping me get a hold of them and also is trying to help me get my door somehow, even though he no longer works there. Grateful for that. Still in the nightmare process. I will update soon when I hear something.
