Went in for a touch-up on my microblading. Setting up the appointment was a breeze. They have 2 locations (1 on the westside and the other on Carlisle and menaul). Alex, who does the microblading, does an amazing job. She did the initial microblading and has done the touch-ups for me. Highly recommend Alex for your microblading needs.

I've had 4 tattoo removal appointments with another med spa in town and it did basically nothing and was VERY pricey. I mean, literally no one could tell a difference in my tattoo. The cost is about the same here, but after only ONE session my tattoo is about 50% faded. Sammantha is really good at what she does and very thorough with explaining what to expect. Everyone I've spoken to is very friendly, courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable. I haven't had any other treatments here, but they have hydro facials that are calling my name. I would definitely give them a shot.

So I let my ego get the best of me and made a call to price CoolSculpting. Upon, getting a price $4K, I declined any service. Sadly, Cathy Carrillo doesn't take no for an answer. For the last 2 weeks, I have received no less then 3 text messages and 2 emails from Flawless Med Spa. This hyper marketing is such a turn off. Makes them seem absolutely desperate for customers. Use caution if you contact them, you'll never be rid of them.

I've been going to Flawless Med Spa for nearly 4 years and it is always a delightful experience. Today I was greeted by Leia and Brianna, who were friendly, professional and incredibly kind. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and promptly. One of my favorite features of Flawless is that they offer a membership - I pay a very reasonable monthly fee and my Botox is spread out over 3 payments. My provider is the lovely Sherrie and she is very skilled and gentle. I always feel very cared for when I receive treatments from her; I like to maintain natural movement in my face and I've never felt pressured to purchase more units than I'm comfortable with. These women are the absolute best our city has to offer and I would recommend Flawless to anyone.

I drove all the way from Santa Fe to get treatment. When I got there, Jason chatted with me and refused to treat me, saying I didn't need any filler. I promptly found someone in Santa Fe who clearly saw what I needed and treated me. When I asked why she thought Jason wouldn't treat me she said he probably wasn't competent to do the work required. Anyway, Jason is arrogant and has no interest in helping his fellow human beings get the treatment they seek.

I'm tough on reviews. I want to start saying that. Especially when they have to do with medial or invasive procedures. Flawless' name is fitting. Everything there is above-board. You have nurses working. You are in safe hands. They take your temp, make you sanitize, and wear masks. They are super safe. They have virtual consults which makes them that much more safe. They call you and connect before, during, and after your appointment for follow-up. They are detailed on what they are doing. They are not trying to add things to make you pay more. They give monthly memberships discounts for multi-service procedures (hair removal). You get credits toward other procedures when you go there. You get referral credits for referring folks as well. The staff is kind, educated, calm, and compassionate. I look forward to working more with them on my de-furring goals!!! The only reason I am not giving that 5th star is because as a woman who served in the military, as a victim of domestic abuse, and a disabled human I think it's very important to offer discounts to women service members. As a veteran, we find places (Home Depot, Diego's Pet Store, etc) that offer military discounts-- primarily focused around men... WOMEN ARE SERVICE MEMBERS. Women want to feel good about themselves and we are subject some of the most appalling behavior of society. So, I was sad to learn they do not offer military discounts. No, I'm not looking to "stack" discounts but the $40 off "injections" (something I don't do) isn't the kind of "benefit" that suits my needs. I wish they would diversify their benefits to fit what folks can use them on, rather than offer me a discount on something that I don't need. Advocating for veterans is a big thing with me.Nevertheless, 10/10 would come back. Will go back, and look forward to accomplishing all my de-furring goals here.

I never make reviews but this is unacceptable. I was scheduled for both a consult and pico laser service the same day. I purposely made my cross country drive through Albuquerque so I could get this treatment done. I get there and am told I don't have an appointment, only a consult. However, I have text notifications including confirmation texts that I do have an appointment. They tell me the person who is qualified to get this done is on vacation and isn't even in today. Complete waste of my time. Not to mention as I left this location I got a notification about the so called nonexistent appointment saying numbing cream application starts in 30 minutes. Completely unreliable business.

Requested filler in my cheeks and "top" lip and this was my very sad and physically painful experience... :'(SPA: Flawless Med Spa in ABQTech's name: SHERRYMy Issues of concern:1) ME: *sets up a tripod camera*SPA: "you can't record me doing your fillers" and "video recording is not allowed here in this office per the owners" "you don't even need fillers (FYI---I'm African American)."ME now: ... if you ever hear these comments or statements ...RUN!!!2) ME: Spends $1450 on 2 Syringes (this included a 'gracious' $95.00 discount off Kysse $750 and Contour $795/ each.THEM: 1 week later the SPA started a buy 1 get 1 free deal ...have had this deal each month since my visit:'(3) ME: Told Sherry I wanted filler in my top lip and cheeks. THEM: She proceeded to fill my top lip and cheeks.4) ME: "That feels weird" "this really hurts" "something doesn't feel right" "is this normal?" (Right side of my face swells and I get a black eye).DOCTORS/UrgentCare: 'Appears that a nerve and vein had been severely affected from your visit' --- 'Wrongly placed filled...too close to eye sockets...tech Misplaced filler...Issue with filler Misplacement.'5) ME: After the swelling I called the office to have them 'fill the top middle lip portion' (that clearly doesn't have filler) and notified them of my visit to urgent care.THEM: Sherry refused, stating that she would 'never ever' agree to just fill one lip and that maybe 'I chose the 'wrong' technician'. 6) ME: Asked Sherry for my filler 'placement chart' so that I may take the chart to another office to fix the top- middle- lip.THEM: Sherry stated, "our office does not do paper charts" and would need to recreate one from memory to be "emailed by the owner" at a later date. As long as they get their money they really don't care if you come back happy or otherwise. PLEASE BECAREFUL when choosing a 'Medical" "Med" SPA...a doctor tends to care more about their work and the happies of their patients and your fac

I am very disappointed with my Botox which I got the beginning of January 2024. It is 2 months and it looks like I did not get Botox. I have been getting Botox for many years and it has always lasted at least 6 months or more. I called about this and I was told I would have to pay again since I did not call after 2 weeks time frame.I am writing this review out of frustration and to inform others to be wary of Flawless Spa . You get charged a lot of money and with minimal results.

I went here for a consultation and both Heather and Jackie were so nice and knowledgeable. I feel confident in trusting them with my face and can't wait to go back for my first treatment next month.
