No show to the first appt. They came out to fix the issue one day. Within 3 months the problem was back. Cannot get a hold of them to come back out and readdress. I would definitely go with someone else.

A service person came out on 6/21/23 to service our washer, which is under the Lowe's protection plan, and scheduled by Lowe's.This service individual just came in a gave us a lecture on how to do our laundry. He then calibrated the machine and left. A hold ten minutes for his service. We have since called the Five Star Electronics on numerous times and the Lowe's personnel also called this company, to come back out and fix the washer, as it is STILL not working .I would never ever recommend this company and I am seriously think of filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Do not keep appointment times. Was told for a fact that I would have a window between eight and 10 and they called me at 10 when I made it very clear I had to be at work. The gentleman on the phone was so rude. Come to find out they sent back my part. Horrible company they don't like any type of woman that has a voice.They do not hold themselves for accountable for their time frames and the people they have working for them are rude.

I can't speak for their service, but this review is for their character. We had a problem with our clothes dryer and reached out through Yelp. Through messaging, one of their technicians diagnosed our problem. Instead of making an easy sale to come out and tell me that they couldn't fix it, he directed me to a vendor who could actually fix our problem. I greatly appreciate their expertise to diagnose my novice understanding of my problem, and their character to not take advantage of that naïveté. While I hope none of our appliances break, I do look forward to hiring them in the future.

Had 5 Star electonics come look at washing machine. They set re set codes and left. The washing machine need a gear box and lid switch. 5 Star Electronic doesn't know how to work on maytag. Not sure what there able to repair. I had Crown TV and appliances repair washing machine. Please change name to -1 star. Had set up date. No call to confirm appointment no return of call I placed. Called 10 days later.

Excellent service on Lowe's protection plan.The technician, Roman was courteous and a professional that represents this company as an employee should, it's rare to get good customer service in this day and age. Kudos to Roman!

Not good at calling to let you know that a technician will not be showing up or rescheduling. They usually do not amswer. You have to leave a voicemail and wait for them to call back.

I was assigned to this company by Lowes. It took a month to "fix" our fridge the first time. The fix failed within 1 day, and Ramon from 5 star stopped responding. Absolutely do not recommend.

We had protection plan from Lowe's. We were scheduled for two days later. He called back one hour later and stated he could not be there until the following Monday. He did not show up. My husband and I called multiple times and he ignored all calls.

Our washer and dryer are covered under a protection plan, for which we paid a pretty penny, that requires us to use this company for repairs and maintenance. Our dryer is currently on the fritz and a repair person came out last week. He said he didn't know this was a repair call and that he would be back this week with parts. We've not heard from them since even though we've called 6-7 times and left messages. This is similar to our experience the first go around a couple of years ago. I would not recommend these folks as they are not reliable or professional, especially in light of the fact that they haven't even bothered returning any of our numerous messages. If they get around to calling us back, I might revisit this review but until then, my advice is find another company whose owners/employees give a rip about customer service.
