First Turn Lounge

A change in bartenders has made all the difference in the world.Service was great.Food was average.

Walking in for the first time it was busy but there were some seats near the front. At least that's what we thought til we walked up to them to find out there were people were placing coats on the seats reserving them for people they were waiting for that were in the casino gambling. That left a sour taste in our mouths right from the start. The fact that the place allowed this upset us because there were multiple people doing this throughout the place and we couldn't find anywhere to sit because of this. I understand if maybe they were with that person and they left real quick but planned to come back sure that would be fair, but the fact that the people they placed coats on the seats to reserve were gambling not even there in the bar just irritated us. For a laugh we came back an hour and a half later to see and the same people reserving seats were still sitting there with empty seats and coats thus proving my point that it was ridiculous! Those seats could be being used by good paying customers! The fact that this lounge allowed this just left a bad impression. The staff isn't very helpful nor did they acknowledge us the entire time we were there. We walked through the entire place and couldn't find a place to sit at all because all of the empty seats that were there were being reserved by people by themselves while their company was "in the casino gambling". I won't be returning after that upsetting experience.

Went there for a birthday celebration. The first round was perfect. Ordered some more drinks from the bar because our waitress was busy. The second round had no booze went and talked to the bartender. He said there was nothing he could do about it that he made in the same we already paid for them. He asked for a Extra shot he said it would be a charge of $15. We had already paid the round. They wouldn't give us our money back or exchange it for new drinks. There was nothing they could do. They didn't wanna make it right they treated us terrible. They expected us to take it, the bartender was a young younger guy and he kept interrupting my husband and yelling at him so security came and we got kicked out. They said we were drunk. How can we be drunk on one drink we would've dropped probably $500 we had other guests coming we had to cancel for everybody reading this. Be careful.

Sitting at the bar you get good service. Sitting at a table, service is so-so. Sometimes down rude. Music usually good. One time the sound system was bad for Fat City band, yet at another casino, sound was good. Prices are decent
