I was so happy to stumble on this business when I was in town for a conference. I realized I had forgotten to pack literature and need to get some printed from my dropbox account immediately. I called around and found that First Impression had the best price. I emailed the files and 1 1/2 hours later picked up my print job, beautifully done and even shrink-wrapped. The office wasn't particularly clean and I had to walk to the back to get service, there was a sign directing me back there, but I wasn't going there to hold a party. I just needed quick, good quality copies at a reasonable price, and that's just what I got.

Jennifer from First Impression is awesome. She is not only the receptionist-she is a great sales representative. We urgently needed coveralls for a project and she found them and had them shipped that day. She also consistently orders our work hats and knows exactly what we want! The hats turned out great! First Impression: Prompt response with great price quote! Final Impression: Slow to no response to all emails after the first. When we call, super-friendly receptionist, but slow to no response from Terry. It's been a week since project was 'completed,' and still haven't heard back about why:- final product has a bleed trim a full QUARTER inch MORE than promised, affecting final design;- mysterious $20 added to final bill - over and above quoted price and previously-articulated extra fee for trim;- despite a pre-job discussion about 'overs,' we only received about 420 out of the 500 copies paid for.We really wanted to be happy with this choice. Only expected what was explicitly communicated by Terry. Did not deliver on his word. Very, very disappointed.
