Fiddlers Roofing

I can't believe how bad this company turned out to be. I have had my home for 23 yrs, had it for 21 yrs before my roof was replace due to hail damage and before it got worse my insurance covered it to get a new roof but it never lead in those 21 yrs. After my research i thought Fiddler roofing would do a great job, which they did at first no complaints but this year 1 1/2 later i have had 3 different leaks at different times and becuase they don't come right away i have ceiling damage. I've called the company and they ignore my calls, and i've been asking to speak with a General manage for the past 2 wks and haven't gotten a call back. I know he is ignoring everytime I call and they and they answer, I get the " oh he just left the office" excuse or sometimes i have to call 5 times since they know my number they don't answer they ignore my call so that upsets my more. I am so frustrated because they are not wanting to take responsibility for there bad work. I have never had so many problems with any one doing work on my home like i have with this company. So from experience please beware, that they give you the warranty but they do not honor it and that is sad for such a big company to treat there customers this way. I will continue calling until they fix their mess up.

First off, they did a great job on the roof, once they finally got there. They put me off for two months after I gave them the deposit. They were all ready to go before I gave them the deposit but once they had it they were in no hurry. What they didn't do is replace the landscaping timber they drove their trucks across and broke. They didn't fill the ruts their trucks made in my yard. I'm still finding cigarette butts in my yard and my rain catch system is full of roofing nails. I was a little late paying them the last 10% of the invoice because money is tight ever since the pandemic. They were aggressive at receiving their payment. Their TV ads are happy and cheerful but if you owe them money...not so cheerful.

They did a great job. Jack gave us a quote within a few days after my call. He took his time to evaluate our current roof and go over our options for a new roof. He took his time and understood this was a huge investment for us. The roofers showed up a week later and got the job done. They picked up after themselves. We've had several snow and rain storms since the install with zero issues.
