There when I needed it. That creates loyalty. And I'm a fan... Hope not to go back too soon though... Located in the Coronado Mall between Kohls & Sears, this place was a GodSend!!!! As popular as iPhones are you'd think these places come a dime a dozen, buttttttt NO!!!AnyWHO, AJ got my shattered iPhone screen changed lickety-split. I had various choices of face plate colors, only downfall is that they don't sell the matching back, hey I'm made whole & that's all that matters & for half the price quoted at Apple & with a warranty might I add?????? Yesssssssssssssssss!!!I am a happy camper with a non-shattered screen!!!!

This place is awesome!! I can give it the highest rating because I've been served 4 times, 3 for my IPAD 2 the screen was cracked twice and third a sensor was a problem under screen that caused the keypad to go berserk. Each time I received service it was professional and I was pleased with the work, the cost was very reasonable.Today I returned for service on my IPHONE 6, the speaker went bad due to defect, no insurance. It would have been very expensive at Apple store to replace, I received an EXCELLENT deal and fast service ( 10 Min) AJ helped me today and also worked on my iPad in the past. I wouldn't go anywhere else with my apple devices. Highly recommend! Happy Customer

THIS PLACE SUCKS and I haven't even got my phone fixed yet!! Bought an "early bird" groupon, took phone to get fixed and they said early bird pertains to fixes before 1:00 pm. There is nothing on the groupon fine print stating anything like that. I offered to pay the difference. They said they had to contact manager for approval. Manager didn't answer text. They said i could pay full price and return groupon. i didn't wanna take that chance. Management needs to ensure groupon is clear or employees are able to honor groupon (or at least allow customer to pay difference if willing) VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! BOO!!! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!! I live across town and now have to go back for repair from people that already do not deserve my business (or yours)! It's just an unassuming kiosk in the mall, but these guys fixed my completely cracked phone in under an hour for less than $100. 5 stars for convenience, efficiency, and service. 10/10 would go again after throwing my phone like an idiot.

Brought my phone here to have the screen repaired. They nowqouted the price 3 times (each time going up in price). When repaired the screen they broke the speaker. They promised for two weeks to repair and they needed to order the replacement part. They never did. Now they refuse to replace. Untrustworthy.

The person at the kiosk replaced my iPhone 4 face with a product that was not made by apple. The people at the apple store said it pressed up against the circuitry and shorted out the mother board.Apple would not trade out the phone because it had a non apple certified part in it. When I went back and told the kid at the kiosk. He gave me another broken apple face. He wouldn't even put it on for me.I will put it on and take it to the apple store. Hopefully with the original part back in they will trade it out for $150.00. My advice. Never, never, never do business at a kiosk in the mall.

Got my new screen protector here, Cristian was fast and efficient! It wasn't right the first time, so he took the time to make it right. Attention to detail and customer service are apparently still a thing! Thanks guys!

I replaced the battery in my Iphone 11 and in the process of doing so, i cracked my screen. So i go in and they replace my screen. Which was fine. But after the replacement my ear speaker didn't work anymore, nor does my facial recognition. I didn't know this for a couple days. Then I take my phone back in to get that warrantied. I had 30 days for the warranty. Its only been 7 days. They said they can't do anything for me since I replaced my battery BEFORE I went to them to replace the screen. They blamed me for tearing the tether cable after they installed the new screen. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

I would NOT recommend getting your phone screen repaired here simply because the quality of the screens they use is utter and complete trash. Mine broke within a week AND I had a screen protector on. Absolutely sad. Plus the employee working the stand was rude and had a smarta$$ attitude. Treated me like I was born yesterday. Had to take the phone back a week later because my charger wasn't working after it was repaired. Turns out he didn't screw one of the small secure screws in at the bottom of the phone. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else.
