Do you want a provider who is respectful, thoughtful, spends enough time to understand your issues? How about someone who at least pretends to care about you and your health? Yeah, me too. I didn't find any of that at this clinic. Now I'll admit I only saw one provider so there is that. The provider in question was always in a hurry. I saw her 4 times in person and once on video call in two months. She must not review her notes as she always introduced herself, each and every time. It wasn't like I only saw her twice a year. I have used nurse practitioners for over 20 years. So that wasn't an issue for me. She didn't try to find the underlying reasons for my symptoms. She just wanted to give me pills. No thanks Kathleen kraft! I wanted answers not pills.

If I didn't actually like Kathleen I would not go here and after the last time I was in I will not be back. DO NOT GO HERE. The front desk staff are rude and have no idea what they are doing, useless!! They will also nickel and dime you for everything. I would love to give a negative 3 stars if possible. Worst office ever! Do not call with concerns, they don't care!! DO NOT GO HERE

From the front desk, billing, to NP's and MD's. BAD, rude and lack of professionalism.Their staff, have changed so much from when we first visited many years ago. We no longer visit this place. Their family care has declined. It has become ALL about the money. Their service is only there when $$$. Very defensive staff. I finally had to call-out their NP she was very condescending when reviewing my file.

I would give this practice a zero if that was an option. They have been going downhill for the last several years. I had one nurse practitioner, Kathleen, who came in and asked me all the same questions that I had previously given to the med tech and was entered into the computer. She had no computer, no paper, I repeated over what I had previously told someone, and she grabbed a PAPER TOWEL to write it on. Jennifer Duffy is maybe even worse than Kathleen. On my last visit, which was 8:00 in the morning, she was an hour late to my appointment. When this was pointed out to her, she never apologized. Then she asked me the same questions that I had given this time to TWO other techs. I had to beg her for my prescriptions (some of which I had been on 25 yrs or more). When she would give me a prescription, I could never get more than 30 days' supply which cost me extra time and money to fill monthly. My prescriptions are not serious medication, it was my anti-depressants????

I went in here with serious complaints. The MA takes the history but doesn't report everything. Only gets half the story straight. She got all the meds wrong and I am still correcting it with other professionals. The nurse came whirling in and never took her own history. Never gave me a physical even 2 more visits later . Never assessed the situation or tried to ask questions , clarify or figure it out. Finally after 10 weeks of waiting for them to react I am in the hospital.Don't go here for anything more than a sore throat. Even then. Keep your guard up. Ask questions demand results and follow up all the time because they don't do their job.

For a long time Family Medicine PC was the best primary care clinic in the city BUT things have changed quite a bit. Used to be able to be seen in a timely manner if necessary but not now. Leave messages for a medical assistant and NEVER get a return call. Quality of care is nothing like when Dr. Henderson was seeing patients.There is no acceptable excuse for techs not returning phone calls in a timely manner if at all.There is no acceptable excuse for it taking a week or more to refill prescriptions when it is done electronically.There is no acceptable excuse for providers being rude, indifferent, or condescending to patients.Patients are making the same negative comments repeatedly and nothing seems to improve.Seems the management is spending more money on TV commercials to attract new patients to make up for the patients they drive away than they spend on providing timely and quality care for their patients and that is a real shame.Family Medicine PC is still better than many primary care clinics but if they don't return to being patient oriented they'll be the same as most revenue generating clinics that give healthcare a deservedly bad rap.

They change policies and NP's change often - bottom line is they only care about money. Do you want a real physical you need to go somewhere else. Awful at responding to calls and emails and refills for scripts are delayed such that I have been out a number of times before a refill was called in
