Brenda is the best. Very thorough and clean. No double dipping. I love how comfortable I feel with her. We talk, laugh and catch up the whole time. I've been getting my Brazilian waxes from her for many years and I will never go anywhere else.

I was in desperate need of a same-day appointment and this was the only place that would take me (I was very thankful), but after texting with them for two hours, as I was on my way to my appointment, they said that I would not be able to get waxed, even though I met all criteria that is standard to every other spa. When I explained this, they responded with "Ok" twice - so unprofessional to be texting anyway, and poor customer service. After moving from Florida, I am very disappointed in the quality of customer service from this place. I was also sent via text the terms and agreement, which I don't think serves as a formal/legal agreement. Unfortunately yelp let me down on this one. :(

Brenda is my go to aesthetician. As I mentioned before she never makes you feel uncomfortable she is a genuinely nice person. She does a great job at waxing and facials. And if you check in on yelp you get a great discount.

Brenda takes such good care of her clients and is always trying to find better products and methods to enhance their experience. The space is calm and pretty. She has great products especially the face moisturizer with sunscreen. It's one of the only ones I've found that doesn't burn my eyes and it lasts a really long time.

Very quick and professional! She fits you in right away and very affordable compared to other places. Highly recommend for waxing :)

2 visits and I'm becoming a regular. Brenda is very professional, quick and precise with her work. She made me feel very comfortable. Next thing you know you're ready to go. Pricing is quite affordable and not short on value. Easy communications with appointment which I appreciate. You get appointment reminders few days before and on the day.

Brenda is awesome. I felt comfortable with her from the second she greeted me at the door to her shop, and I was in and out in very little time, with almost no pain because she was so efficient. I haven't had a wax in awhile because my last place closed and I was hesitant to try anyone new because I've had some traumatic experiences. I'm delighted to have discovered my new waxing professional!!

Just moved to the area and needed a full leg wax. Saw reviews for Brenda, and decided to try it. She did a great job. Very professional and friendly. Enjoyed talking to her and was very pleased with the wax job. Highly recommend.

This is the best waxing in Albuquerque. I have tried multiple incl european, waxing boutique, but this is the best in terms of quality and consisntency.... and the room is more pleasant to be with. Brenda is an easygoing and very friendly. I found my waxing place (good quality for a good price).
