Air filters have never been cleaned
I had to wipe down the top of the shower walls!
Shower curtain! Disgusting! The top of the shower was dripping with hair and disgusting yellow stains!
Didn't lock or unlock, it was broken in place.
Our lovely dirty sheets
The window frames were so broken, the pane was loose.
This was one wipe of the floor in the entrance

Worst Hotel EVER If Joseph and Mary had seen this place they would have said, "no thanks." This is, by far, the worst hotel we've ever stayed at. The room had a horrible smell, the carpet was filthy, I don't think the phone had ever been cleaned, it only had a half roll of toilet paper in the bathroom (and no extra roll), the tub didn't have a stopper, and I even saw bugs. We were also told there would be food in the morning - nothing. We would have moved to another hotel, but we were tired.

So where do I start. My husband's company suggested this hotel. I won't go into a big rant. I will just leave the pictures here. They say a picture is worth a million words. In some pictures, you will see roaches in others. You will see the difference from where I cleaned and how their cleaning service cleaned. Oh and their laundry machines if they take your money you're out of luck because they won't refund you or give you the # of the company that "manages their machines" If you call down to the lobby despite there always being 2 to 3 people hiding behind the desk, don't bother they won't pick up.

The online booking process was easy thru Hotels.com. The facility was nice looking from the exterior, but the interior has trash over flowing in the entrance areas. The rooms were partially updated & partillay outdated. We had stains on our carpets, bed shams were dirty. Television was very small. Stove & appliances were Walls of the rooms are paper thin. We could hear everything our neighbors did, all the time. We wouldn't stay here again.

December 2018 review: After reading some of the reviews I was a bit worried what we where walking into. My boyfriend and I stopped here for a few days to visit family and rest prior to finishing our route to Texas. This hotel is not as modern as some may hope but think of this.... It's tucked behind a few car dealerships right off the main drag, it's a safe location (we had dirt bikes in our truck), the staff is very nice, the coffee is awesome, the rooms are a bit older but come on $100 in December for 2 nights let's be realistic and my FAV. Is they are dog friendly !!! We enjoyed our stay they provide shampoo no conditioner so make sure to bring your toiletries and maybe a pillow or 2 theirs are a little flat :)

Everyone in NM has been super friendly - except at THIS hotel. We've been to Manhattan, West Hollywood, the French Quarter, and all points in between, and I have never experienced hotel staff as rude as this one, especially the tall blonde guy that works the desk. He was abrupt and acted like we were an inconvenience. He didn't bother to tell us that our room that has a stove, microwave, and refrigerator didn't have a single dish or coffee maker. We had to go downstairs and haul everything up. Didn't bother to include coffee or dish soap. We got ONE spoon and no knives when we asked for place settings for two. All but the front entrance doors are "out of order", which is likely a fire code violation. In our five night stay, we alerted the same front desk attendant that has been such a jerk that both doors to the side entrance were wide open where anyone could walk in. He made a face and said in a smarmy tone, "They're out of order. I'm well aware". Really?? So you're aware the doors are unsecured and you're doing NOTHING about it??? Anyone could walk right in with zero need for a room key and you're well aware?? Also, they charged a $100 cleaning deposit for a room that is dirty. There was debris in every corner, thick grime on the front of the dresser, brown smears on the bathroom door, and long black hair in the tub. My hair is far from being black and my husband's hair isn't long. I made sure to take pictures of the grossness and I'll photograph the condition in which we leave the room to make sure we get our deposit back.If you're looking for a dump where you can be treated like sh!t, this is the place for you.

The air conditioner doesn't fucking work. It's set to 60 and the last 3 hours have been hot as hell. You get what you pay for. Go someplace else.

If I could give negative reviews I would. Holly is the nastiest, rudest, least capable customer service person I've ever experienced. I checked in Friday May 26th. I was looking for a hotel to stay in for three weeks until my new home closed. When I checked in the receptionist was nice and welcoming. However, the room was so dirty, I went to Walmart and purchased cleaning supplies. The floor was gritty, the windows dirty, the bathroom dirty. I didn't complain, I asked for rags, and I just cleaned up and unpacked since I planned on being there several weeks. From 9pm to 2am a dog was barking and crying. I called the front desk at 2am and was told the owner was out and the dog was alone. So I only slept from about 2am until 7am when I went to walk my service dog. I then told them about the dirtiness of the room, the broken window that would not open at all, and the other dirty and broken items in the room. I then asked if there was another room that wasn't in such bad shape since they were remodeling, and I was told by HOLLY, no, those rooms were for other guests who hadn't yet checked in. She was willing to keep me in a bad room for three weeks and was extremely curt, unhelpful, rude, and dismissive. My room was dirty, the windows broken, the dog crying, the dishwasher was broken, the fridge made loud noises all night, and the bright light outside my window made it impossible for me to sleep for one night let alone three weeks. Holly was very rude and curt again, and she said I was welcome to leave. It then gets worse. She gave me only two hours to pack and find another hotel. For perspective, I drove from California with my service dog, so I had four pieces of luggage that needed to be repacked. I asked for an extension, and she said no. If I wasn't out by noon, she said she would charge me for another day. With nowhere to go, and my dog in hand, I did not shower, and rushed to leave before noon. She refused to give me 30 minutes to shower and pack. She said she already gave me until noon. She then said again, if I was 5 minutes late, she would charge me for another day. She then said I was being rude, and she had no record of my calling at 2am to complain about the crying dog. She was hostile, rude, and threatening. She said there were no other rooms, and she would blacklist me from all Extended Stay properties. Given the experiece, I would never stay at an Extended Stay again, but her threats and rudeness and lack of understanding, compassion, and offering no solution other than to leave felt like a personal attack. Everything Holly did was wrong, unprofessional, dismissive, and aggressive. All she had to do was switch my room, and she turned it into a hostile interaction. I had to clean the room, I got no sleep, and the manager treated me with the utmost hostility and disrespect. I didn't expect much from an Extended Stay, but I did at least expect cleanliness and a decent night's sleep, neither of which I received. Additionally, the room looked NOTHING like the images posted online. They advertised clean, remodeled suites, and I got a new floor tucked into filthy, falling apart cabinets and furniture. The tub was peeling, the window frames broken, the dishwasher and fridge were broken, and the towels felt like sandpaper. False advertising, horrendous customer service, and deplorable management was my experience. Be warned.

This is probably the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The lobby looked clean, but as soon as I stepped in the elevator I could tell the rest of the hotel was not clean. I understand many places are short staffed right now because of the pandemic, but they literally have signs everywhere talking about their "10 point cleaning protocol" or something like that, but the place is disgusting. If they don't have the staff to clean all the rooms, don't allow people to book the rooms! My room smelled like many people had smoked in it, and the sink was literally clogged with someone's beard trimmings! So disgusting. If it wasn't the middle of the night when I got there, I would have left and found somewhere else.

It's a shade better than camping. Extended stay? I'd shoot myself first! Thank goodness it was only for 1 night. I had to empty our very full trashcan under the sink with other's food items. Kitchen had no utensils of any kind nor pots and pans for the "stove." No icemaker anywhere in the facility. No hangers for clothing. Someone else's hair on the pillow. No carpeting, no coffee maker, and the list goes on and on...all this for the bargain price of $166 on Hotwire plus a mystery $40 tacked on for...? Then the clerk had the nerve to put on an extra $100 security deposit! Wonder if I'll ever see that again? So my wife and I are in for one night for $306! Sheesh...
