Everguard Roofing

They were the first Company to come out. The gentlemen wouldn't let us get a word in and says they don't repair roofs, only replacements. Then said they wouldn't do a repair on our roof, would only replace. Wouldn't you tell customers that upfront before wasting anyones time. The rep didn't represent himself very well. Also, promised a quote two days later and called two days later but NEVER GOT A QUOTE. What's the point of wasting everyones time if you don't plan on following through. Also said the quote would be written up and then given to his boss who would then adjust the price. It was a weird experience and hence we are going to go with another Company. The One Star is for being the first to come out, that's about it.

I had wonderful attention given to my roof on 2 occasions and everyone was friendly and very attended to our needs. Thank you Everguard. It was so nice to have your prompt attention during Monsoon season. Will recommend this roofing company to my friends.

They did the roof for the company I work for and their work on our roof was quite good. But then I was trying to get some more of the membrane material so we could put something on our roof and not damage or void the warranty on our roof. Communication with them to get this material was a nightmare. I called and the lady on the phone was nice and seemingly helpful, but after that no one would answer or return my calls. They never helped us. I finally drove down there and some guy who was high out of his mind walked me through their facility and it seemed like I would finally be able the get the material but then they just gave me their suppliers information, even though they promised several times that they could give us the materials free of charge because our companies have a good relationship with each other. Long story long, decent work but extremely unprofessional.

We had our home re-roofed by Everguard a few weeks ago. It's a complicated roof on an older home that has had an addition put on. Steve was great to work with. He communicates well. The roof was done in a timely manner. Clean up was good. We needed a few final touch ups and Steve sent the workers back to do the small things done that we felt needed to be completed. A good experience!

Awful customer service. Rude lady and her name is Julia. One of the most uncomfortable situations that I have ever encountered. Will never due business here again!
