I loved this place! Band was playing "Lay Down Sally" when I walked in and I knew it would be a comfortable place. An older crowd when I got there giving way to a younger one a little later. Photos on the wall are of the owner's family, especially his dad from WWII. They look like Life Magazine photos. Patrons were SO friendly. One of them even asked this old man to dance. Cash only, no tabs. And I can't blame the guy. A remnant of old school that I didn't realize I was missing.

I stumbled in on this place to get Santa Fe night life and I'm glad I came in! The bartender a very chill gentlemen who is the definition of Santa Fe. The bar only accepts cash, so make sure it bring it in small bills if possible! I came in on a night where there is live music (there was a cover charge, so don't be surprised if you come on one of those nights.) If you are in Santa Fe looking for night life, this place is a blast!

Cool local bar in downtown Santa Fe with live music. Setup was a little weird with low chairs around the perimeter of part of the bar and bar stools at the bar. $5 cover at the door. Cash only bar, why? LOL. Luckily, I had some cash on me. I stayed for 1 drink, the band was pretty good. Bartender was on the ball. I don't think there are many options for live music in the area from what I could see.

Had such a fun evening here last night. It's an old school no frills, no hipster, no BS kind of spot. Bring cash and check any attitude at the door or you'll get your backside handed to you. The live bluesy music (with a little old rock thrown in) was perfect. The bartender Nick has been there for 50+ years and has no time for any nonsense. Had a great time and would come back.

We stopped at this place because we heard there was going to be live music. We got there a little early and enjoyed some drinks while the band set up. I didn't know that this place was cash only, so be aware. There is a good selection of hard liquor and a small selection of beer. The place is kinda small, but will never complain about places that have live music. It is downtown Santa Fe, so parking can be an issue. It was an decent place.

Had a gig here. Fun place. House was packed. Lots of history. Cash only bar. Dance floor and stage upstairs, pool tables downstairs. Full bars on both floors. In the heart of the Plaza district of Santa Fe.

Great Music. But really enjoyed the pool hall down stairs. Dive bar feel with a bar tender that got it done. Thank you

Cool place. Live music. Decent drinks. Owner and staff have attitude problems but it's a cash cow, so they trudge through the days/nights serving tourists they obviously hate.

Place is a joke, and the drinks are poorly made. Owner is a jerk. Avoid with extreme prejudice.
