The "spa" is not up to date with microdosing of the neurotoxins, the nurse that was training a injector informed me they are only doing per the label, she obviously has NO CLUE what she is talking about and they have no business administering if they are not up to date with the industry. I would RUN from this place, much less the setting is very ghetto- I would recommend a board certified plastic surgeon, or a practice that at least has a doctor in house with a cleaner facility.

The staff is fantastic and friendly. I love my appointments here! With Covid, you call from your car when you arrive and they come down to let you up. I barely notice the laser for my neck/chin appointments, and the technicians are always professional and kind. We have the greatest chats! Aftercare is great too, they give plenty of aloe to sooth and then sunscreen. I've been going for months now- 100% recommended for laser hair removal!

The staff was very very friendly they followed all Covid guidelines. The staff even help me to reestablish my account with brilliant distinctions awards program. The building was nice and pretty and fresh! I can't wait to see the results of my Botox! They had a $9 a unit special

Eternal Youth Med Spa is amazing. The staff is really what makes it so wonderful. I suffer from anxiety and they really make me feel comfortable. Nice people but very misleading. The procedure did not work and they didn't call after my procedure to follow up. Really unfortunate......I spent a lot of money and was reassured multiple times before, during, and after my procedure that I would see results....NOTHING!!!

About 3 months ago I started laser hair removal and I have been incredibly pleased with the results. I just started with my bikini line and I have dramatic and noticeable results already, so I added my lip and brows as well. The owner provided the service herself and really made me feel at ease. I can see using them for many other services as well.

Used their laser hair treatment Groupon a couple years ago and it was quite effective.. The tech was very thorough a zapped the area completely. Went back last week and owner did treatment. Only a few spotty zaps and sections missed. Disappointing.

Horrible. Went in for my Botox treatment and the staff was so interested in selling me on their other products and not treating me for what I was in for. After a week there was still so much movement in area's treated. The insist you need more but other doctors seem to have no trouble with the same amount. I would not recommend going to this place.

I have been going to this place for about 3 years and I finally decided that I deserve so much better. For the past 3 times they have insisted on adding more product to my face than needed. I call and order what I want, get the pricing and then show up for my appointment and every time get talked into more and about $200 extra in price. She tells me "that I NEED more" and that I "won't be happy with what I've asked for." The last time I ended up with one droopy eye brow and this time I have a permanent frown across my brows! I called and left a message with no response and then called again. I asked to speak to the injector (the doctor's wife) and the gatekeeper told me that she would give her the message. That was over a week ago and no call back. They did tell me that it isn't reversible and that "in a couple of months it will soften." I am done with them. The customer service is not what I would expect from anyone working on my face.
