This is my favorite estate-sale company in Albuquerque. Their merchandise is always well-shown, clean and neat---all in sharp contract to most others companies. They are friendly and helpful; however, too many of their employees seem to be young and inexperienced and show it. They need to employ mature people to do their jobs and assist customers at the sales.I also have noticed that although much of the offerings from Wings are from what I would call "up-scale' homes in 'up-scale' neighborhoods, the merchandise offered is often too highly priced---many times the sale price is the same or higher than the item was new---I understand that the owner wants to make money on the sales, but trying to sell things for overprice is not the way to do it. He needs to make sure that the merchandise is offered for a fair price, and he won't have to wait until 50%-off day to get the price he wants.

Under new management. Decent signage (hot pink) and for sale in house with no parking, arranged for parking nearby. Totally understand and agree with COVID restrictions, so for small house, takes a while for one's turn. Why 3 stars?Huge line waiting to enter and owner allowed person who he obviously knew in to the sale - bypassing 19 people. Not very polite nor a good look.

I was at an estate sale recently in Rio Rancho - most of the staff quite friendly and helpful. The items were staged nicely and priced pretty well. I was disappointed by what appeared to be a couple of staff members cussing and talking politics in a pretty insulting way.To be fair I am not positive these were staff members but they were walking around like they were .

An employee of Wing Estate sale was rude and aggressive with us. We left without incident.

The owner is rude, angry and mean. The prices are exorbitant. Quality is okay but you can find it in stores brand new for the same price, so no value there.

When I first started going to Wings Estate sales I found the prices to be reasonable and I purchased a lot of material. But since the expansion into other states the price has increased for example a piece of material less than a half of a fat quarter was priced at $2 everything is priced at near retail. When I was at the last sale everyone was talking about the high prices even the staff know the prices are outrageous.Long story short I don't think I will be going back even at half off on Sunday some of the prices are still too high after all we are talking about second hand items. Perhaps the expansion is what is causing the higher prices.

I see the last two reviews, one by "Catherine" and one by "Sue". My experience is based on a sale done by this company on a street called Springhill, which is in NW Alb. Horrible does not fully describe the service provided by this company. The employees are so rude it was hard to stay in the home, so I didn't. If you are considering an Estate sale company I would recommend not using this company. On a side note, why on earth would a reviewer (Sue) spend so much time on the parking issue? Seems like something else must be going on. Generally a review of a company is about service, delivering what is promised like pricing or commitments, and they way employees treat customers and clients. Talking about parking and trashcans. Makes me wonder......

I went to a sale on Guadalupe Tr during the last hour. There were still some quality items left but had originally priced at 3 to 4 X value based on goggle. I gathered up 6 items and asked to speak to Paul, the owner, he wouldn't deal with me. I am a re-seller who deals with many company owners, have a friendly way of asking and always look for the win/win. He immediately cut me off. I walked out and won't return. It's too bad for the consignor, money out of everyones pocket. Won't be back.

To the point... I was at the cashier purchasing my items. While making the transaction, the cashier and I were going over the price on a book, I let the cashier know a associate told me the price, when I picked up the item. They said the book would be five dollars. The owner of wings estate sales (Paul), was standing next to the cashier and was harassing me about the price (In my face harassing) I did nothing but tell them that the price is five dollars for the book, is what the wings associate told me. The owner Paul was a complete lunatic.

I only gave it one star because there was nothing less. The 'greeter' was the rudest man I have ever come across. He was smart mouthing about everything. My husband and I heard him belittling the neighbors. We didn't even go in. Can't imagine doing business with someone like that. Heard customers leaving who were discussed about no 25% off on the second day of sale after it was advertised that way. Terrible way to do business. Don't give this company your time or money.
