They poorly represented items and sold them at rediculously low prices. They tried to charge extra fees. Do yourself a favor just give the stuff to charity and take the tax off!!!!! They made pleanty, I got ripped off!!!!

They have really great and helpful staff. I just moved to town and it was recommend that I check this place out. Thanks Judy, great recommendation, I had a great time.

I auctioned a few items here (BARELY making pennies on the dollar for my items anyway) and then noticed I did not received payment for or contact about one last item that I never heard about (I kept a detailed list of all items delivered and pictures of items I gave them). I called to inquire about this item (since it did not show up as sold on my check for other sold items) and was told it would be researched and I would be called back (I also told them for the third time they had my incorrect information and to update it to ensure they could reach me correctly). I gave them a week and no return call. I called again and was rudely told, we called you or we left a message and we spoke to you about this... I explained, clearly I would not call back again if I had been called about my items and manager said, I will have to take time out of MY day again to research this again, but we called you. He proceeded to say he would have to have accounting research this all over again. I asked what he thinks they told me, and he could not even answer that question. To antagonize a customer for inquiring about something to delivered to a business in the business of auction their items seems like a rather poor way to keep and attract customers. Moreover, these people do not realize at this point, they have stolen my item and not paid me for my possessions. Very shady business if it takes over three weeks to research where a person s item is and why they have not been paid for it if that is your business model to take people s items, auction them and then send them a check. This did not happen in my case. I gave them an item and got nothing in return. My next call is to Better Business Bureau and possibly the Attorney General as well as a variety of other postings to ensure people know you may or may not get all your items or money for items sold at this place. BEWARE.
